Very fast, efficient and honest...so happy he fixed my MAC air laptop. Definitely coming back....

I've been to several computer shops and none of them were as good as this place. I initially chose this place because the price is so much better than all the other places I inquired about. After coming here for the first time, I returned for upgrades and other computer issues several times, and Mickey always does an amazing job. His prices are super reasonable, and he even does some extras for free! I used to live close by, but now that I moved, I am still going to him even though it takes one hour drive. I highly recommend Mickey for any computer repairs and upgrades, even though it will take some time to drive there. It is totally worth it! read more

This company was recommended by a neighbor in South Corona. Not only did Mickey successfully recover my QB company file that Intuit said was corrupt beyond repair, but he replaced the failed hard drive, upgraded it to a new one & faster memory and my crappy Dell laptop is like a ferrari of laptops now. This guy is a genius and I am so grateful. He is smart, likeable, helpful, professional, trustworthy and very honest. Very reasonable cost and very good turnaround. Just amazing & highly recommended. read more

I just moved to Corona from Irvine and had no idea where to take my computer for simple repairs. My computer had over 100 viruses on it and needed to be cleaned. I tried this place and am happy I did. The man who helped me was really nice and honest, surprisingly, he even matched the price I was going to pay at the shop up the street (they were closed for lunch). He cleaned my computer, put a temporary free anti-virus on it, and even told me about the free anti-virus offer from my cable/internet provider. It took one day, which was fine, and called me when it was ready. Great service, I will be back and would recommend! read more

The Windows system was failing on my laptop. Mickey determined the hard drive was failing which corrupted Windows. He replaced it with a larger hard drive and repaired Windows. All my files and programs are working great now. I'm thrilled with his service done in 2 days. I highly recommend him. read more

I gotta give Mickey credit for helping me figure out the problem with my PC. It's about 9PM on a Tuesday and I'm getting ready to log on to do a little late night gaming and my PC freezes and shuts off. I figure it was just my surge protector doing it's job, but I get this weird smell coming from my case. I investigate and I determined it was my graphics card taking a shit. I check the fans and sure enough one of the fans has gone out. I can smell something wrong with the card so I buy a new graphics card the next day which makes it Wednesday. I go ahead and install it and boot up my computer. This should fix it right up, right? Hell no, I boot it up and it immediately shuts off again. This time the computer doesn't turn on. Keep in mind that I am not that great with gaming computers as I had a friend help me with my current build. It's now Thursday morning and I take my computer to Mickey. I explain what happened. He takes my rig, plops it on his counter and begins to do his magic. He then hooks it up to some magic device and he says "Your power supply is defective". This took 3 minutes. He verifies it with another power supply, and boom he was right. I say thank you expecting to pay the man for his services, but he says no, there is no charge. Mickey, you are the man. I'm going to bring any computer problems to you next time. This time I will invest in your business. Thanks for the great service. read more

Excellent service. Great pricing. My Dell desktop was not powering up. Micky the owner immediately gave me a free diagnosis that my power supply was bad and an honest timeframe in getting my parts in (not a generic size). Since his price seemed fair I even asked him to get my faulty DVD drive replaced. As promised he called my when the parts arrived, as predicted, and his work was fast and complete. Support your local business. We need people like this. read more

Honest, reliable, reasonable price. Will definitely come again with any computer needs

Had my Dell not start up one morning. I figured it was the power supply. I took it to Alpha Computers. Mickey confirmed my Diagnosis. I was figuring the part would need to be ordered and I would have to leave it. To my surprise Mickey had the part and installed it as I waited. Now that's service. I would highly recommend Alpha Computers for all your computer repair needs. Frank B read more

So knowledgeable! Fixed the problem for my son's computer quickly and on the spot. Definitely will be my top choice in the future.

micky was extremely fast and replying extremely helpful to our business computer , highly recommend him!

Dependable, helpful, and not expensive. Couldn't ask for more.

Micky is incredible. I contacted him regarding a DC jack that I thought was damaged on my laptop. Without hesitation he ordered the part (even before I brought in my laptop) so that he would be able to repair it the same day I brought it in.... Fast Forward 3 days later. I bring in my laptop only to find that it was NOT my DC jack but actually my AC adapter. He double checked my DC Jack and confirmed that it was still is good condition and sent me off my way. He could've easily told me that the DC Jack also needed to be replaced, but he was honest and completely overly helpful. All in all, he didn't get the job to work on my laptop because it didnt need it, but he definitely earned a long-term customer that will be returning for any computer services needed. read more

My son spilled tea all over his expensive gaming computer. We were sure it was a total loss. Somehow he saved it for us at a very reasonable price. Works great! This is a good small family business and the owner is definitely a genius with computers. Highly recommend! read more

Not a bad place. I needed a power supply for a legacy machine. From the outside this looked like a build your own PC type of shop, so I figured they would have what I need. These small shops tend to be less expensive than going to a Staples or Office Depot for replacement PC parts. The gentleman that helped me was cool. He offered to install the part for me free of charge. I did decline since it would not really take long for me to do it myself. It was nice of him to offer though. read more

This place is so awesome. I went in with my Macbook Air which had some water damage. I didn't do the smart thing of backing up everything before my computer temporarily died. I thought I was doomed. BUT! They checked my computer out, gave me a free diagnosis and charged me at a very reasonable price. I highly recommended coming here for the great customer service and other electronic needs. read more

Amazing service quick and fast. He's very reliable and also priced correctly. Really awesome services

great service! I was doing a build for the first time myself and something just wasnt working right when I booted up. I had no idea and I was insanely frustrated! That day I took it in and it ended up being a dongl my motherboard didnt come with. I cannot remember the man who helped me but he truly saved my day. I was defeated and sad after my long build and though i ruined it, turns out this guy had the solution and did it within 2 seconds. I thoroughly recommend this place, the guy is friendly and he is very knowledgeable. thanks man! read more

I stopped by last week with a computer problem and it turned out to be something very simple and Mickey took care of it quickly. He was very quick and helpful. I had a related question this week and he walked me through what I needed to do. It's hard to find trustworthy, professional businesses like Alpha computers. I would highly recommend him not just because of his expertise but also his patience with us non computer types. :) read more

My MacBook decided to act up (Sunday night), and I ended up accidentally deleting my entire startup system. Amidst this COVID-19 crisis, all my classes are online and I could not attend class/ submit anything with out it. I read through every Apple Support I possibly could but it was no help. I considered taking it to Apple, but they were closed so I would have to ship it in a wait for who knows how long. Hopped on to yelp and found Alpha Computers. I messaged the owner, Micky, and he said come in for a free diagnostic. I kind of knew what was wrong so I told him what had happened. He asked me a few questions, and said it would take him about a day to fix. Took my MacBook in the next day as soon as he opened and he fixed it with in about 3 hours!Unfortunately, I lost everything I had on it, but it was no big deal because I didn't have extremely important things like pictures on there, and most of my documents were already backed up on google drive. 10/10 would recommend getting your computers fixed here! Micky is friendly and helpful, charged me a very reasonable price, and fixed my MacBook quickly. read more

I'm so glad we came across this company! Micky was willing to take on the task of changing hinges when others wouldn't or wanted twice as much. He also changed out the wire to get the camera up and running. Parts took a little time to get to him (not his fault) but he stayed in contact which was nice. I strongly recommend him for all future repairs. read more

My wife's all-in-one Dell computer would only show a blue screen upon startup. I tried everything online to resolve the issue with no success. I took her computer into Alpha where Micky did a free diagnostic. He determined that its hardware was working correctly but the windows software had become corrupted. He then quoted what I believed was a very reasonable price to correct the issues . He reloaded the windows program and saved all of her forms, pictures and data. When I brought it home there was a major problem with Microsoft Edge. I took it back and he determined that the Microsoft Edge had not reloaded properly. He reloaded Microsoft Edge completed all windows updates and reinstalled my virus protection at no extra charge. He was friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely go back if I ever have computer issues in the future. Thanks Micky for a job well done and making a stressful situation easier... read more

Micky is the man. I'm an army veteran who served during Operation New Dawn in the Middle East in 2013-2014. Unfortunately my Mac laptop took a shit along with all my pictures, videos, documents, and memories. The files and pictures that he was able to retrieve and restore from my Mac were priceless. Yet his fee was very reasonable. Highly recommend him if you're in the corona/riverside area! read more

This is my first ever review on Yelp. I visited this repair shop last week after my computer would not boot up after an SCE scheduled power outage.
