I called Crystal Glass on a whim that they would be open since a few other places were closed on Saturdays. Their posting said they were open 24 hrs., which seemed too good to be true. I have a TV console cabinet door that needed a glass replacement. Since I work during the week, it is hard for me to get things fixed. So, I see their listing, and a lovely woman answers the phone. She tells me that she is actually not open but will accommodate me and meet me at their store shortly. I get there, expecting to leave the cabinet door, but the gentleman who was with her told me to wait, and he would fix it right away. I had a really good feeling about these two. The space was immaculate and a beautiful show room in progress. I was told that they just moved to this space and settig it up. To me, it showed that it was very well designed, and if their office space, looks this good, they most likely do quality work. I learned that they also do commercial installations. I felt that this was a great find, and I highly recommend anyone with glass or mirror needs to call them and go see them. You will be very impressed.

I met with Joe Sullivan and the price quoted was less per sq ft than the builder wanted for the tiles. He was honest about potential issues with matching the existing tile due to dye lots and variations in color etc. I was so happy when he was able to obtain a sample and it looked close enough to move forward. We ordered the tiles and Deya and her crew arrived right on time and worked their magic. The tiles look great and the match is perfect. The second project was in a garage conversion and installed in a timely manner. After the install I realized that the garage floors were about as level as the ocean in 3 foot seas I reached back out to them. Called to ask why the floors were installed and the level wasn't checked before install. LVT is has pretty strict tolerances the manufacture puts out to avoid failures down the line and to adhere to the manufacturers warranty. In prior houses the installers would check the level of the floors and perform the necessary steps to make sure the floors could be installed. Their initial quote included the following as well "Any unforeseen floor prep or labor will be determined upon installation and billed accordingly. " Someone from We'll Floor U came out after a couple calls and insisted the floors were fine and there would be no issues. Even as they watched a marble roll across two rooms at speed. They said they could remove the floor, level them and reinstall the floors. We would only have to pay for the leveling. Cool a couple $30-$50 dollar bags of leveler spread over a 20x40 room, shouldn't be that expensive. Nope, the quoted us a couple thousand dollars to spread the leveler. Clearly they were trying to charge us for their mistake. Needless to say it didn't happen. So here we are, patiently waiting for our LVT floors to separate and fail as we bounce up and down on the soft spots on the unlevel subfloor. Do yourself a favor and skip this place when shopping for new floors.
