Called in March. Was told, "Oh! We were waiting for YOU to call US! We don't know [what to do with] this top." Husband REITERATED we wanted the glass replaced. "Ok", they said (after it sitting there THREE months), " We need to special order it." THREE MONTHS LATER, after NO FOLLOW UP call (Like: "Hello, your order is ready"), husband went to the shop. Not only was the piece NOT completely finished, they told him they did not want to fix the molding. Told him to go to Home Depot to buy some nails to fix it. THEN!!!! PRESENTED HIM WITH A NON ITEMIZED BILL FOR $263.22!!!! NEVER would I recommend this company-under ANY circumstances.

Sure enough, the crew was amazing and they are NOT subcontractors, but W-2 employees. The other 2 bidders used subcontractors that I suspect did not speak English (based on customers' reviews) so I was not going to deal with finger-pointing. These installations are inherently VERY noisy and dusty; however Luis' crew took extra care to cover my upscale furniture & high-end electronics. Mike & Luis are stars, and their crew is extremely professional. I HIGHLY recommend them.

We told him we were waiting for other estimates as well. We decided to use Castle for a few French doors. We gave a deposit. We asked that another door be replaced as well. He came to our house and measured the other door. He then informed my husband he had made a mistake in the estimate and it would cost another 1700.00. It was unprofessional behavior but we agreed to the extra 1700.00 error. We received another estimate for all doors. We told Castle Windows and Doors to go ahead. Our deposit check had been cashed. Two days went by, we received another phone call. To add another 7000.00 to the final estimate. They had made another error. We insisted on getting our deposit back and cancelling all work with this company. Your conclusion....
