DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! DISHONEST AND UNCOUTH I looked at a car at Alpha Auto Sales and it was an incredibly terrible experience. The car saleswoman was rude and irritable from the start- any question we asked seemed to be a burden to her, and she made this very, very obvious. Who wants to buy a car from someone behaving that way? It makes their business look terrible and they could have had a huge sale instead of an angry walk-out. I will NEVER go there again and NEVER recommend it. She would not answer our questions upfront and kept making excuses for not answering them. We thought they were very dishonest because of this very reason. Furthermore, she refused to tell me (I asked three times) if the title of the car we were considering was clean-again, acted annoyed that we asked and would not tell us. She neglected to tell us the truth about the car's history/wrecks until we saw with our own eyes the carfax report, which was very obvious she did not want to show us. After we saw the carfax, she finally came out with the true information, but tried to dumb it down that the five previous wrecks were "no problem, really." The next few days, I called several times to speak with the manager to let him know how poorly we were treated, but the clerk refused to allow me to speak with said manager. This is an incredibly sketchy business and I can't believe they have ever made a sale, much less are still open. For a business that RELIES on customer service, they need to get their act together. read more

Be careful. Do not sign ANYTHING until you are financed! Read carefully your paperwork and understand what you are signing especially if you are a teenager purchasing a car for the first time. My nephew was guaranteed financing. However they told him that they would finance him if he came up with an additional 500 in additon to the 2000 he already put down. When he stated he couldn't do that they told him he couldn't have his money back. Since he signed a form that stated no refunds they refused to give him his money back. Nor did they sell him a car. they wanted to sell him a nine year old chrysler vehicle with 85 thousand miles on it for 12,000! Police told my sister they would have to go to small claims court cause these people are PREDATORS! read more

If Alpha Automobile Sales is such a great used car company, then why is it that they have had and still have a job ad for a receptionist for the longest time? That should be a red flag to anyone that they treat their employees like trash. I would not buy a vehicle or work there either. read more
