I was unable to receive a quote simply because his system didn't show an hourly rate he can charge me. It may have been a blessing in disguise. I've been a member of the Lafayette location for 10 years, that is, when they opened. I've always…read moretaken advantage of the cheapest gasoline in town, and I appreciate the earlier hours for business members. I can be in and out in 20 minutes. I can always depend on good cuts of quality meat, great selection of authentic cheeses (the Italian stuff is legit), and I can gorge on the samples throughout the store. I'm even a fan of the hot dog combo, and I'll pop in for a quick bite when I'm in the area. We became business members when we needed our entire HVAC system replaced. The discounts we received paid for the premium membership for a few years! We also took advantage of their travel service and was amazed at the accommodations and amenities offered at a price that seemed dubious at first but proved to be all inclusive. But for such a huge store with a wide variety of everything from Halloween decorations to windshield wipers, I'll pop in every week just for a gallon of milk and quart of cream. Being less than a mile from the house it's a no-brainer.

(From October, 2025)…read more Of course, I'm pleased there's a Costco in Lafayette and of course, I would stop in here to marvel at the inner works in comparison to the Baton Rouge location. In addition to the cheap gas and the cheap but wonderful value from the food court items, they do keep this Costco clean with of course all their signature products (in bulk) available for your consumer purchasing. I wound up getting some snacks here including those grass-fed beef sticks and the skinny peanut butter cups, both which were on sale. They also have unique louisiana items such as bulk louisiana hot sauce. I was hoping to find some boudin items here but sadly none were to be found. Obviously if I'm in Lafayette again, this will always be a stop for the gas. And if I'm craving a soft serve ice cream or hot dog.

Zero break fluid in my cars reservoir, I got home on pure luck. They ruined rims that cost more than the money they make. I wouldn't trust any of them to do maintenance on a little tikes car. Dear Firestone on Ambassador…read more 1. Your service sucks. 2. D NOT call me and then tell me you had the wrong number for four hours trying to call me. How the hell did you get me on the phone just randomly hit numbers? 3. Do not try to upsell me on a battery that was just replaced brand new by the dealership by telling me my battery is "not a good battery". 4. I asked you for two front tires. I did not ask you to check every single thing on my car and then try to upsell me not only on a battery but also on belts that I know do not need to be replaced. 5. DO NOT tell me that the tire size I told you was incorrect and it's gonna cost me an additional $200. i'm sorry you should know the tire size that goes on my car when you ask for the making and model and when I told you, it was 265 R 18. matter of fact, you specifically asked me the package, which I told you Essence. I need you to understand Firestone. The only reason I did not bring my vehicle to Courtesy Buick is because you had an opening today and I will be traveling for work. My car which only has 40,000 miles has regular service. Matter of fact, it's still under a manufacturers warranty. I honestly feel that you seen a woman walk in or make an appointment and attempted to take true advantage. Jokes on you and you lost a customer. hopefully by the time I'm done, you'll lose more than just me.
