I then said that I would need to schedule an appointment to get them installed. I was told first that they do not install parts that were not ordered by them by a lady. I then got transferred after telling her it was purchased from the official ford performance website. The call "dropped" so I called back and spoke to Matt he informed me he would get better clarity because it didn't seem right. After a couple of hours passing, I called back and could not get in touch with Matt. I called another Ford dealership and wouldn't you know they informed they do in fact install all ford parts ordered either by them or not. i have scheduled an appointment and they will do the job. My main issue with this dealership is how can you not install things just because someone didn't go through you to purchase them but it was delivered to your dealership from Ford performance????? Now, yes I will write reviews and tell my experience because this is unacceptable.

Once I got my car back, my entire bill was almost double the entire quote. Hub City Ford Body Shop and Service Department was deceitful and underhanded. Dealing with Hub City Ford is definitely a "Buyer Beware" business. I even had a friend who had a wrecked car repaired there and his car was broken into while at the body shop. Hub City Ford never told my friend that his car had been broken into. My friend got his car back and realized his sound system was gone. That was when Hub City fessed up and admitted his car had been broken into. He had to produce a receipt for the sound system to be reimbursed. Later, my friend found broken glass under his back seat, and again Hub City had to admit that they also replaced his windshield as a result of the break-in. Hub City would never have told him anything about the break-in. Never again!

Dealership Bingo Auto Sales & Rent to own inc. mechanic shop & salon. At 4953 Johnston St Lafayette LA 70503. My losses now exceed over 1.2 million dollars. October-current. I still cannot locate another shop. Charles and landowner did not corporate for resolution. Instead spent money I gave them on a fence to close to building to build a shop, land not proper for intention of businesses. Then tried to get me to pay for a surveyor that was not my responsibility. Prior to going into building inspection was done, they were notified and nothing was corrected. Electrical is outdated and would completely short out, wood rotten no insulation. After I was there I could not use it but only 2 weeks. When I told them I was leaving they tried to get 4 years worth of payments I signed for and tried to evict me who was already leaving. Which I had to pay an attorney to show up in court while I cleaned on the moving day I specified and stated they would put their property in a trust so no one can touch it. They know exactly what they did. The only 2 weeks I was there they turned off the electricity so I couldn't make any money. I guess they were wanting to have court in the day to show I was still there to swindle extra money they didn't deserve. The manager at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had issues with a vehicle I…read morepurchased and was told by IAA corporate that it could take a week or two to resolve and not to worry about storage fees in the meantime. I tried to call the manager at the Lafayette location several times to explain to her that there was a misunderstanding and asked her to please reduce the now $1200 of storage fees my vehicle had. Almost impossible to get on the phone, did not return messages and when I would finally get her I would first have to give my name to the person who answered and she would always leave me on hold for at least 20 minutes before answering. She was always very rude and short on the phone telling me she didn't care about what I had to say. I purchase all of my vehicles from IAA New Orleans and have never once had an issue with them. When I told them what had happened they said they would never charge someone those type of storage fees, especially not someone who was a loyal customer and never had a previous issue. I plan on filing a complaint with corporate and BBB. This lady has no business being a manager and should be fired for the way she treats people after some of these other reviews I have read.

The sales lady told me that the sales manager is not a people person and refused to let me speak to him to work out a deal and to eliminate the middle man. Didnt work with me on price to try and get it to where i was comfortable. Overall not pleased with my experience and will not be doing business with these people.
