I then said that I would need to schedule an appointment to get them installed. I was told first that they do not install parts that were not ordered by them by a lady. I then got transferred after telling her it was purchased from the official ford performance website. The call "dropped" so I called back and spoke to Matt he informed me he would get better clarity because it didn't seem right. After a couple of hours passing, I called back and could not get in touch with Matt. I called another Ford dealership and wouldn't you know they informed they do in fact install all ford parts ordered either by them or not. i have scheduled an appointment and they will do the job. My main issue with this dealership is how can you not install things just because someone didn't go through you to purchase them but it was delivered to your dealership from Ford performance????? Now, yes I will write reviews and tell my experience because this is unacceptable.

I still cannot locate another shop. Charles and landowner did not corporate for resolution. Instead spent money I gave them on a fence to close to building to build a shop, land not proper for intention of businesses. Then tried to get me to pay for a surveyor that was not my responsibility. Prior to going into building inspection was done, they were notified and nothing was corrected. Electrical is outdated and would completely short out, wood rotten no insulation. After I was there I could not use it but only 2 weeks. When I told them I was leaving they tried to get 4 years worth of payments I signed for and tried to evict me who was already leaving. Which I had to pay an attorney to show up in court while I cleaned on the moving day I specified and stated they would put their property in a trust so no one can touch it. They know exactly what they did. The only 2 weeks I was there they turned off the electricity so I couldn't make any money. I guess they were wanting to have court in the day to show I was still there to swindle extra money they didn't deserve. When I first took it to them, I told them that my whole front in shakes since the wreck. Well my van was there over a month for them to only change the bumper. I picked my van up and the van runs horribly, worse then it did when I dropped it off to the body shop. Then my Husband noticed that the bumper is held on with zip ties. My husband calls the body shop and a man told him they had to zip tie it because that bumper isn't for my van, they "couldn't find" the right one for my van. Now I got parts that doesn't belong on my van and I'm nervous the van is gonna fall apart while driving. Never in my life will I bring another vehicle to them!!

This is a no reserve auction but what they tell you is to go online to keep bidding until you achieve the amount of money you need for your merchandise. The bidding stops when they want it to stop, not when you want it to stop. We tried to keep bidding and then suddenly, the sold sign popped up on our computer screen. It would not allow us to keep bidding. Henderson is either buying these items for their own personal use or they are taking take of their buddies. Be warned.....don't trust them !

They post pictures of the equipment but make sure to not take anything that shows a defect on the equipment. The pictures are very deceptive and don't truly represent the true condition of the equipment being auctioned off. This practice shows the true integrity of this company.
