I do not remember who helped me but I know I owe him a jar of sauerkraut. I walked in here 5 min before closing time w a half done file. We needed 2 staff people to help me out after closing time (completely saved my butt!) and it was still in good spirits and quality work. I was satisfied and got 50 flyers for $13 on great paper. I am so disappointed in these guys. I contacted them for a job on short notice and even though they were more expensive, I went to them based on the stellar reviews on Yelp and because they are right downtown. I won't be going back. I was initially told it would only take a few hours for them to print a banner, start to finish. I let them know we would need the, to create the banner, but it's only three lines of text -- no art. Very simple. (I used to work in advertising and a print shop, it should've taken minutes to create a simple banner.) They said no problem, and quoted me a rate that was a bit more than One Day Signs and Graphics. (I should've tried them -- since what we wanted was a sign, in one day. Oh hindsight...) I got the go ahead from my boss on a Friday at 5, called and let them know and they promised first thing on Monday morning they would get started on it. By noon on Monday, when I hadn't heard from them, I called and it was clear they had forgotten about me. Ok. Fine, I get it, it was over the weekend... Then they said that it would take much more time than they initially said. And THEN that it would cost $60 more than initially quoted. When we finally picked up our banner (the following afternoon, DAYS later, instead of HOURS) there was a very obvious smudge on a Velcro piece our banner. I pointed out the smudge and they said yeah, it got stuck on our rollers, is that ok? Really? You knew there was a flaw and didn't try to fix it? You're ok with letting a brand new product out your door with such an obvious flaw? It wasn't like it was the whole banner, it's just a small piece so we can change the date and location and they didn't even have the customer service to re-do that one piece. If you drop your burger on the ground, do you still serve it? If you mix a drink wrong and curdles, do you still serve it? If you print a letter with a typo, do you still send it? SO WHY would you give me a product that was sub-par? Fired. So fired. Not only did they charge us $60 more than was quoted, took 3 times longer than was quoted, but THEN gave us a sign that had a smear on it? I don't care if it's more to go somewhere else downtown, these guys are not worth it. read more

Excellent service... communication, speed, product, and face-2-face friendly. Even though parking can be momentarily humbug, it's TOTALLY worth the end result which has always been perfect. I had certificates, business card and post cards make up and love them every time. read more

Mixed experience of this place. Customer service and communication ranges from terrible to excellent. If Mark is on it, then service is excellent. However, when I went to collect my order, Mark wasn't there, and the person who was there couldn't find my order, promised to call, and didn't. This wasn't the first time it took more than one visit to collect an order. The printing quality is good, but the experience is frustrating. I think I'll take my next print job elsewhere-- with a little regret. read more

I recently had my dissertation printed at Aloha Graphics and I couldn't be happier. They were fast and friendly. Jim was very helpful and super quick. When I needed extra prints last minute, he was on it! I looked at 3 other places on island and while the price was comparable, the quality at AG was the best! Parking at the gateway plaza, like their website recommends, is super cheap and easy. I went to their shop 3 times and each time was less than a $1. I had to get a paper printed and bound into a book for class, and I didn't start searching for places to do this until almost too late. I called for a quote and they said to email the document, in which I specified I needed it done by the next day; they got back to me in about 2 hours, but didn't follow up after the first reply. I might have been able get this done with them on time if I pushed and called them, but I was already looking for other places to print that had much better service. I'm sure they have quality printing, but not for rush jobs! read more

I can always count on them for the BEST customer service and HIGHEST quality of prints. Since they're located in busy downtown, they offer curbside pick-up which I personally take advantage of...it's definitely convenient for my busy schedule. Hands down the worst customer service I've had in Honolulu. Firstly, the employees refused to acknowledge myself or any other customers who came in. They literally stared right at us and ignored us. After waiting to be acknowledged, they finally walked over to us and I'm not joking just stared. Not even "how can I help you " just blankly stared like we should speak first ? Not only was this awkward but really not what you would expect from a place you're trying to give your money. The younger male employee was also making snide remarks about my questions. I can't believe these unprofessional people have jobs where you help customers. Definitely will not be back ever. read more

Come on man!!!!! Had fingerprinting done here. Everything was fine until I found out a week later that it wasn't done properly so it wasn't registered. Called the office and they said all they do is the fingerprinting and that they have no control of the outcome. It didn't make any sense to em so I asked over and over again... "So if you didn't do the printing properly I just lose out?!" And the fool kept saying that all they do is the print and have no way of finding out what happen.. Eventually asked for a manager, after about 15 minutes of reasoning he agreed to make some calls for me. I got a call back saying that they entered the same finger twice and for that reason it didn't register. We went back next day to do it over again. Waste of time and blood pressure went up another 20 points. 1 star for you!!!!!! read more

A co-worker found this company after being unhappy with our old printing service. We have now been using them exclusively for the last year and they have been flawless. We usually call frantically last minute and they always get whatever we need done in time and almost always deliver it at no extra charge.
