My husband and I were in town this past Saturday from West Palm Beach for a concert and we found…read morethis spot! We used to have a really great pho place near us, but they have been closed for a few years now and we have been missing having some great pho, and I am so glad we came here! YUM! Something to keep in mind, they have very little parking in front of the restaurant, so you'll have to park in the garage behind it. It will look like it's reserved parking only, but it reads on the sign that floors 1 & 2 are for business parking. The restaurant itself was SO cute! They had a few cute neon signs throughout, nice decor - totally Instagram worthy! We set at the bar and was greeted by Lisa right away! She asked if it was our first time (which it was) and she helped us navigate the menu and gave some suggestions! It was happy hour while we were there (I love a good daily happy hour!) so we got some beers and some appetizers from the happy hour menu. We got the calamari and spring rolls! Spring rolls are a MUST with pho - and they were really good! The calamari was good as well - loved the sauce that it came with! For our pho, I ordered the American Wagyu Pho with Traditional Noodles. My husband order the same, but with the spicy broth and the flat noodles. I really enjoyed this pho!!! It felt like forever since the last time I had such good pho. We stayed for a few more beers on happy hour cause the vibes and music was really great! Lisa found me the name of the Spotify playlist too, which was awesome. She made our first time there a great experience so if we are ever back in the area (or in the mood for pho!) we will definitely be back!

Also did some veggies for fun. Idk what it is - but something is missing. I don't think it's as authentic as the one I used to have back home is Massachusetts. I'm sure I'll try again a year later. This was to go btw so the photos are of the packaging it came in.

I noticed on Mondays they offer a single protein bowl for $10 and decided to bring the family back for Pho at dinner. Same great service and freshness. Will be back again.

First off, I love the play on the name since the area code in the county is 954. The restaurant is a spacious place with some kind of weird seating (half booth and half chairs are the norm). On the right is a place to order boba, and to the left you order pho and other food items. There's a bit of a selection, but sadly they no longer serve banh mi, which is what I wanted. I went with a spring roll. You get two good sized ones for a little over $10. Noodles, your choice of protein and selection of veggies. The server builds it as you move along. They were good, but not spectacular. But I did notice that the pho looked pretty good. Maybe I should have gone with that? I'll have to go in again and try it. The people working there were all nice enough so there's that. And I should note that they have a 4% surcharge if you pay by credit card. It's trivial but seems to be the norm at a lot of places these days.

The food is good, the service is good, and they are prompt when it comes to bringing out your food. The place is always kept clean so it maintains inviting atmosphere to dine in. For starters, Paris Banh Mi was located conveniently close to our temporary lodging at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino & Hotel in Hollywood/Davie. Being essentially around the corner from the resort, Paris Banh Mi is a great option for those craving bag-getty sammich of the Vietnamese varietal or a milk/tea specialty drink. Parking here is a no-brainer. There's a public lot that it shares with the other businesses of the plaza with more than ample parking. As you walk inside, you'll definitely find a Vietnamese/Asian dining vibe. The bright lighting and neon glow gives an intimate-casual ambience that one would find in Southeast Asia. There is ample seating suited for parties up to 4 persons, however, I imagine that you can put together tables for larger groups. The ordering counter wraps around in a L-shaped configuration around the seating area, giving it a diner feel. Paris Banh Mi offers a rather expansive menu along with weekly/daily specials. As their name alludes to, their specialty is in Banh Mi (a type/style of Vietnamese sandwich). However, they also offer your traditional Vietnamese cuisine dishes such as pho and bun bo hue, amongst others. Complementing this menu is the specialty drinks menu that offer their house take/twist to some traditional boba tea drinks as well as Vietnamese coffee. We ordered the BBH and bun rieu which were both ok, however, the specialty drinks stole the show that night. The restaurant host was extremely nice and patient, helping us navigate our order, which made the dine-in experience all the more enjoyable. If you're in the market for a banh mi or some boba, make sure you stop at Paris Banh Mi in Davie!
