I got a pedicure and French acrylic set and sadly they weren't done with much detail. I paid close to $70 for both and my toes chipped within the hour and my french tips were uneven and had ridges. I wouldn't go back again. read more

DO NOT COME HERE FOR HAIR REMOVAL. Came here for an underarm wax and they used what looked like a roll on deodorant bar but with wax. It looked disgusting. I shutter at the thought of which body part they also use this on. When I saw this contraption it was already too late and rolled on my skin. To top it off this was $25 wax job, the worst, expensive wax I have ever had for an underarm. With this price you would think this place was a 5 star spa facility. read more

Came here very last minute to get my nails done for my wedding the next day. The girls who helped me were so nice and they did an awesome job.. they were very careful and really took their time with my nails, knowing that they'll be photographed a hundred times the next day. read more

I badly needed a pedicure and stopped by this nail salon. They were able to accommodate me for a walk in pedicure. That's the only good thing that happened. Their massage chairs are badly worn and broken, the chair worked for the first three minutes and then stopped. The nail technician was cutting the cuticle of one of my toes and when I asked her to stop, because of how badly it was hurting, she proceeded to rip it out and made it bleed. They use some sort of cuticle softener and it was burning my toes, even after being washed off, bc some of it got on my skin. The price of $28 was appropriate for how quickly they rushed my pedicure (in and out in about 20 minutes) and the mediocre job. read more

I scheduled an appointment for 5 people, 2 pedicures and 3 mani pedi's, two days in advance. When we got there they put 4 in pedi chairs and one at the manicure station. Two people waited 30-40 minutes in the pedicure chairs (soaking in only water) before being taken care of. The prices are good, technicians are friendly but I wouldn't take a large group of people there. I also give a low rating because I didn't feel comfortable about the cleaning of the pedicure bowls and they used electronic files on the toes and nails. read more

My nails we're perfect, and it was the best pedicure I had in a very long time! Unfortunately, my companion did not have the same experience. The man doing her pedicure had shaky hands and was not very communicative. He seemed to take offense to conversation and questions, and eventually my friend was very direct with him about what she wanted which only worsened her experience. Honestly, one of the worst polish jobs I have ever experienced in life. Within 2 days, 3 of the toenails' polish peeled right off. By day 4, 4 nails were totally naked and 2 others were chipped. The polish on the hands warped that same day. I didn't have time to get it fixed as I was staying 45 minutes away but if I was at home, I would definitely have gone back to complain and ask for a polish change on my hands and feet free of charge. The polish was clearly expired or something. Not sure why they wouldn't just tell me that and ask me to pick another color. The 2 stars is only because the luxury pedicure was pleasant to sit through. But at this point, the $60 seems like a giant waste. read more

The service is amazing and every workers here are very professional, they are super thoughtful, sweet, great and..THE BEST (They also give you a wonderful massage). I was staying in Princeville. I broke one of my gel nails in the middle of my nail bed. It wasn't hurting yet but I knew I had to repair it soon. I called a nail salon in Princeville from Yelp but the manicurist was absent. I called a salon from Yelp in Hanalei but they couldn't take me until the next day. So I tried Aloha Nails in Kapaa'a which was roughly 14 miles away. I called them and they said they would take me. I was pleasantly surprised how cute, clean and organized this salon was. There were two girls and the male owner. Lily redid my gel nails and Tina repaired my broken nail with acrylic and without pain. Lily finished my nails with gel. She was very meticulous. I was charged $40 but it was worth it. I am in my 2nd week with my gel nails and they still look great! You wouldn't know I had one acrylic nail, . When I go back to Kaua'i next year I would definitely go back to get my nails done again! read more

Tina is great -- charged $40 for a Gel manicure (taking off old too), did a great job and was very pleasant. Pleasant shop. She said they charge $28.00 for a Pedicure.
