The woman who did my manicure only had a year of experience and clearly needs more practice before handling clients. I got a regular manicure with gel. I've gotten this done plenty of times, and my cuticles have never been more red before in my life. They were picked raw, and my pinkies were bleeding. She did notice, and dot medicine on my bleeds. But then, continued drilling my skin. It got to the point where I really was just begging her in my head to stop touching my nails. I kept looking, and from what I could see there were no flaws left, my nails were trimmed, my cuticles are gone. She picked, trimmed, and drilled my nails for 45 minutes. And when she got to the gel finally, every wipe with nail polish remover burned terribly. I gave the extra two stars because they look nice besides my really red cuticles. For the future, I BEG please don't do this to people's hands. No one wants to sit there in pain. No hate, I really never leave reviews ever.

My math: $225 per person = $450 10% resort fee = $45 20% gratuity = $90 Their math: "Since it is two people you will need to calculate each thing by 2. $225 per person = $450 10% resort fee x2 = $80.91 20% gratuity x2 = $110" Standard practice would double the dollars, not the percentage, unless they actually charge 20% fee and over 20% tip for a couples massage.
