I then watched as the ice was not shaved fresh but instead scooped out of a freezer. That was a first for me and it showed in the final product. Instead of being light and fluffy, the ice was clumped together and at times a bit hard. As for the flavors, the pineapple was good and tasted true to the fruit. The lilikoi on the other hand was lacking the sharpness that I really enjoy. While they were natural flavors, the balance just was not there for me. The bottom line for me is that I would not head back here again in the future. Between the texture of the ice and the lackluster lilikoi flavor, this one just did not do it for me.
