Parking is easy, there are tables to sit at and eat, the owner is very nice, and the menu options are great! There are regular syrup options, ones with no artificial colors/dyes, and real fruit ones! I was also really happy to see this place had a lot of dairy free options, as my daughter has a dairy allergy! I highly recommend this place. :)

Passion fruit and dragon fruit, delicious!

We stopped here while staying at the Westin Kaanapali. It is just down the road in a food truck park. The shave ice was great! Definitely one of the best on the island!

It was a nice stop! We were swimming out by Mokuleia Bay and this was a great way to end the day.

    Location with lots of parking.

Had a large POG Shave Ice with vanilla ice cream. I can't wait to go back and try the orange creamsicle. $13.

My friend and I visited and were surprised to see lots of options to pick from! My friend is Vegan and she was able to thankfully get some options for herself as well, but I think for any shave ice lover, you're bound to find a flavor to love! - Miguel Morales Photography

Tried shave fruit and a shaved ice... both good. The fruit was shave in a way I thought it was like a sorbet. The topping was a puree - very good.

    Bingsu is Korean

I really wanted to like this place as it's close to home, but my wife had a lot of bad things to say about it as a Chinese-American. They claimed Bingsu as a Taiwanese item but Bingsu is not Chinese or Taiwanese. It is Korean. Their shave ice is shaved milk, which is Korean. Toppings were not fresh, but more like purées. Lots of sugary toppings that don't really mix well with shave ice. Very sweet. Overall, we didn't really like the "Bingsu" but the regular Hawaiian shave ice was good. Located in a food truck lot with other food trucks.

This place has the best specialty shaved ice I have ever had! Her flavor pairings are out of this world and so tasty. I love the passion fruit cream she makes as a topping. I tried the passion colada fruit shave; it was refreshing and light. The lilikoi bingsu was delicious, but my favorite was "The Mahalo." I never had anything like it. I can't eat dairy, so this was the perfect truck for me. Heather, who owns the truck, was kind and uber-friendly. Excellent customer service. I can't wait to come back to the island and try the other flavors. It's a good place for people-watching. I wish her the best of luck on her new business.

Wow, only one word can describe this place…read more 5 stars all around 1. Prices and portions - 5 stars: considering the outrages prices I've seen at the supermarkets, this place has very decent prices for their food. Their portions are enough to fill you you for sure. 2. Flavor - 5 stars: tried the steak, shredded beef and shredded chicken bowls. The seasoning was perfect, not salty just perfect. The beans and rice so delicious. The chimichurri was one of the best I've had. The fried yucca was fried to perfection 3. Facility and location - 5 stars: very clean, very presentable. Even though its a whole in the wall, the place is very nice. Staff is very friendly Only one complaint. They use foil when they serve the food in the bowls. Not a big fan. Foil isn't healthy. I get they are trying to avoid the juice of the meat to filter through the container, but there has to be a better way. Hope management or owner reads this. Would I come back again? is the big question.....absolutely yes! Give them a try, i hope that you are satisfied the same way I was Good job you guys! Keep it up

The wait for the food was 25mins. Worth the wait! My bf ordered the shredded pork moco to share. The fried rice had spam it in! Made it more futility. My son got the short stack (2) ube pancakes with ube sauce with coconut shreds on top. He loved his breakfast. Nothing tops ube pancakes! I got the waffles with macadamia sauce. It got a bit soggy after awhile with the sauce on top I think next time I'll get it on the side so I can enjoy the waffle being crispy and not soggy. We loved all the plates we ordered. The customer service with great, very friendly. 10/10 customer service and the food! The setting where the food trucks were pretty decent. They have a swing that's pretty cute if you're waiting for pick up. We will definitely come back to when we're back in Maui!

Then there were the devastating Lahaina fires in 2023, so we thought they were lost to us forever. We were happy to hear they opened a food truck and decided to visit when we were in Maui last month (March 2026). They're back, baby, with the delicious food we remembered pre-covid. The truck is located on Keawe Street, next to the plaza with Ross & Foodland and the glass blowing shop. There's limited seating and the line got long quickly, just like when they had the storefront restaurant. Definitely worth the wait, though. We ordered the 808 Grindz bene, corned beef hash & eggs and a short stack of mac nut pancakes (with sauce oh yes please) to share. The crispy hash browns were a little too salty, but everything else was on point. I believe they take cash or venmo only and be prepared to wait. But it'll be worth it.
