The two women that are always working there seem to not just dislike, but loath customers. Not an ounce of even fake customer service in there, most of the time they don't even acknowledge me. I'm lucky if they even say my total or look towards my face... even if I say, how are you or have a great day, nothing. I gotta wonder if they were ever trained in customer service or if this is their first service based position or maybe they just hate their job, but it shows. Several times I've walked up to the counter when they have a huge line and they'll be moving something around or messing with something and just taking obnoxiously long to even come up and service the next customer almost like they want to show you that you're on their time. Just bizarre all around. I recommend going to a different location or be prepared to encounter long lines and workers who hate what they do, yet also do it horribly inefficiently.

I've never had problems until recently. It's their credit card machine. It's not working properly. I put it in and then it says enter your pin. I don't have a pin so I just move onto the next screen. Then it cancels out my purchase because I didn't enter a pin. The first instance I went and had this problem, it was fine. I just went into the store and told the clerk to give me $20 worth. No problem. Then I just went there this past week, and they're still having issues with their card reader. It still won't take my card. So again it tell me to go inside to pay. This time it's such a hassle. I have my daughter with me because I picked her up from my moms. So I have to unbuckle her and take her inside to pay the man. I tell him I want $35 on my pump. I get back and it says I have $35 on there. So I get my gas cap open to dispense. But I can't because he selected me to get supreme gas and there's no way for me to change it. So then I stop and get my daughter out of her car seat again and walk over to the man working. He tells me he can't fix it on his end. Instead he says to go to another pump. Ugh so then I have to buckle my daughter in again and drive to another pump. I was so irritated at that point. Not coming back here again. Not sure what the problem is with their machines since I've been to many other Aloha gas stations with no problem. I think

This morning, I walked over to ask them to do the diagnostics and repair. When I told them what year my car was, the mechanic stopped everything and told me my car was still under warranty and to take it to the dealership so that the repair would be free. I didn't even think of this because I had bought it used and wasn't sure about the warranty. It was really nice of him to let me know!
