Our Aaloft remodeling team was fantastic. The sales associate (Shawn )was always available for a quick call. The install team (Jared & Corvin) delivered quality detailed work. They were here when they said they would be. And they made sure the house was clean after each day. We are very pleased with the outcome and experience.

I'll start by acknowledging that at one point in the process I was confused about the exact color expectation of how the bathroom would look. That being said, I repeatedly requested my contract -- over the phone, by email, and through voicemails -- and did not receive it until I attempted to cancel services, at which point the company made sure to remind me of their strict cancellation policy. My project began on July 29th, and at first communication seemed fine. On July 30th, the construction team arrived with a completely different product: marble subway tile with white grout, instead of the white subway tile with single-color grout that I expected. I immediately sent it back. The project manager told me they didn't even have what I originally ordered, but he'd "look into it." After a few back-and-forth calls -- many of which went unanswered -- I was told again that the original product was unavailable and that I should just accept what they sent. I asked for the contract. A few calls later, they suddenly "found" the product we originally ordered. I again asked for the contract. From August 1st-13th, I made multiple calls with no response. On August 2nd, I sent an email to the company about what felt like bait-and-switch practices, the lack of communication, and an abandoned project. No response. That same day, I emailed my salesman directly requesting the contract. No response. Weeks passed. On August 22nd, I finally reached someone by calling the main line, only to be told that our project manager had been fired for his lack of communication. No one had bothered to tell me. I was told I'd hear from the new project manager shortly. I didn't. I called again the following week, left another voicemail (and asked again for the contract), and finally got a call back. The new project manager apologized, explained it would be two weeks for materials, and promised to send me the contract. I asked again. A week later, I called again, and he promised me both the contract and a photo of the materials. I received the photo but no contract. At this point, the constant confusion about grout and tile had me second-guessing everything. When I asked to cancel, I suddenly received a call from my original salesman -- who, instead of addressing my concerns, immediately sent me the contract I'd been begging for all along. Not to clarify what I was getting, but to explain in detail why I would be charged thousands of dollars under their 33% cancellation clause if I walked away. That says everything you need to know about Aloft. They do not care about doing right by the customer -- they care about the money. They'll ignore your requests for documentation until you threaten to cancel, and then suddenly remind you how much it will cost you to get out. As I write this, I'm over a month without a bathroom in a house with three kids under ten. We've been down to one toilet, no tub, and constant stress -- all while being out nearly $12,000 for terrible service. The project is supposedly being completed this Friday, but based on how this has gone, I have little confidence. They boast about their warranty, but if this is their level of service, I'm not holding my breath on them honoring it. I will be having the shower independently inspected to ensure it even meets the standards for the price tag. In addition, I'll be filing complaints over their lack of transparency and their refusal to provide a working contract link or send the document despite dozens of requests. This has been irresponsible and unprofessional from start to finish, and I'll be making sure no one I know ever uses this company. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the nightmare -- go elsewhere. UPDATE: My project was completed. The second project manager was fired and it appears they forgot I was supposed to have my shower done. They scrambled to get a team out (installers were great). They did however forget to order our shelves so we had to wait for that to be done the following week. Shower looks clean, but again the trouble is not worth the price tag.

I got a new Shower and I am loving it. Everything I expected. JARED w.and Davonne F were professional, considerate and cleaned up. So much better than I had and safer with bench and grab bars.

    Same, different angle

Jared W and Davonne F were professional, skilled and courteous. The shower looks great, the materials are quality. The company delivered as promised in a timely manner.

Walk in shower and floor finished in 2.5 days!

I took time to compare each one. AZ Remodel Pros stood out to me. From the beginning, they were patient and walked through everything with me. They explained the damage in a clear way and made sure nothing was missed. What meant the most was the support during the insurance process. They helped me communicate with my adjuster and made sure the scope of work was clearly explained. There were delays and a lot of back and forth, and I felt stuck at times. But once Brian stepped in and spoke directly with the adjuster, things started to move. Their involvement brought clarity and helped push the process forward. That helped me understand what my home needed and gave me confidence in what I was asking for. I appreciate the time, effort and all the patience they showed throughout this process. I am grateful for the help and guidance they gave me. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to him based on my experience. Thank you so much!!

Here why (with details below): He OWNS the work and takes full responsibility for everything and fixes every mishap BEFORE you even ask; His primary subs (carpentry, electrical, flooring, trim) are all GREAT; he's one of the easiest, kindest, and most compassionate people I've worked with; and he knew when to tell me when an idea or suggestion I had was infeasible or too expensive. More deets: On OWNERSHIP and RESPONSIBILITY - Our shower glass walls were a little short. I didn't even know enough to know this was a solvable problem, but he made the third-party glass company take the segments back and replace them with segments that fit even more perfectly and beautifully. There we a couple of other instance and there was never accountability squirm.... Honestly that's unlike 95% of contractors. ADVICE - If the lighting wasn't going to work or look nice, he told you. If the switches we're in the wrong place in the blueprint, he told you. If a door or opening would have been better served with a pocket door instead of a swinging door, like into a bedroom closet, he told you. He told you nicely, politely, never insinuating that I did not know what I was doing or that the architect was bad or wrong. He'd just politely and slowly walk me through a few different scenarios and the real life placement of things and was 100% right in all of his corrective suggestions. The one time I did not listen to him and thought I knew better, after a few months I realized I was completely wrong. MAIN SUBS - Whenever his subs were scheduled to show up, they did, on time, always clean-cut and professional, smiling, and happy. They cleaned up EVERY DAY. Other previous contractors thought nothing of leaving trash on the floor or even dangerous nails when I had small children in the house. I think he is one of, if not, the BEST IN THE BUSINESS and I plan on doing more with him in the future.

Eric replied in no time and emailed an estimate not long after. This job involved drywall (delete a door and add a large arched opening), electrical, custom cabinets, shelves, interior/exterior paint, and a touch of flooring. Eric and his guys did an amazing job. My wife loves the closet they converted into a reading nook. We always felt comfortable with the crew in our house. They worked around our schedule and Eric was always available for a quick check-in so I knew where we were with each step. The two big standouts were the price staying the same even though he did a few extras, and Salvador nailing that 8' high 6' wide arch! We couldn't be happier and would definitely use them again.

The kitchen required removing a wall to open up the closed dark kitchen and adding an oversized bar. Eric was extremely timely and professional in getting us a comprehensive quote. He was also extremely affordable as well. He started work right away and did a phenomenal job. We gave him pictures of what we wanted for the kitchen and fireplace, and he replicated the style to a T - which most contractors can't do without a designer helping them. He also was able to design and order custom cabinets for our pantry. Eric was extremely detail oriented throughout the process, checking in with us as needed for style and safety decisions, and always updated us on cost or possible delays. He also was insanely knowledgable about every area of construction such as dry wall, plumbing, electrical, fabrication, flooring, tiling, etc. This guy really is a one man show - he can do it all. Eric did have a few subcontractors help him with the job and they were always fantastic to work with as well. He knows quality workmanship and partnership. He finished the job in a timely timeframe and our home is gorgeous and the workmanship is quality - for a great price. If you need any renovations done, Eric with E.L. Construction is the way to go. Highly recommend!
