The young man at the front desk was very nice and throughly went over what information was needed and my copay amount through my insurance. Dr. Hwang completed my eye exam and she was very thorough. Luckily my injury was minor but I'll be back for a follow up appointment. I decided to make them my primary optometrist office moving forward since they're a lot closer to my home and I had a great patient experience. I recommend their office!

I returned for a re-examination and waited another two weeks. When I came back today to pick up the new glasses, the frame was extremely wide. The staff tried to adjust it, but it didn't help. When I asked to try another pair (wanted to compare) I was told that it was only the display frame and that if I wanted a brand-new one, I needed to specify that. This was the first time in all the years I've been a patient that I heard something like this. I said that a brand-new frame would be great. I paid over $400 after insurance (which is very good), and now I'm expected to accept glasses that will only become wider after a few weeks of wear. The grounds are kept very clean and the business appears to be run by an older man and woman. I had a short wait, as there were two customers ahead of me. I learned that he tries to repair while you wait. The lady assured me he would be with me soon. Five minutes later I met the gentleman and showed him my broken glasses. He told me they could be repaired but involved repairing the hinges and other items. He gave me a price quote-which I felt was very fair considering the damage. I paid up front (they do take credit cards) and I told him he could have them for a few days. I came back a few days later and the glasses looked great. The lenses were clean, nothing was loose, the repairs looked great! I was so happy-that's why im doing this review. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business!

I think if I'd gone to another eyeglass shop that doesnt do same-day glasses, I'd have been able to go as big as I wanted
