Alma had been on my list of breakfast spots to try before I even arrived in Dublin, and it definitely lived up to the hype. I ordered the Dulce Pancakes and the Choripán Argento. The pancakes were delicious, topped with a variety of fresh fruits, and we also got a side of bacon--though I found it a bit too salty. The Choripán Argento was really flavorful, and I especially loved the salsa they used. For drinks, I had a Passion Fruit Bellini, which was excellent. My guest had the Mimosa--just a heads-up, it comes with a lot of pulp, so if that's not your thing, you might want to skip it. I also tried the hot chocolate. While the taste was just okay, the presentation was really nice.

Grateful for this brunch recommendation, it was worth the commute there! I love that the location is outside of the business of the downtown Dublin area as well. Pro tip is to make reservations beforehand. We didn't but we were lucky and ended getting seated in a relatively short amount of time. I enjoyed the Choripan argento which was an eclectic mix of different flavors I didn't think would go well together. The only thing that was missing was the spice but besides that, I definitely enjoyed it. And the matcha latte hit the spot as well. Great place to visit if you're ever in Dublin and are looking for a cute brunch spot. I wish I had the chance to try the pancakes but the portions are so filling I couldn't bring myself to. But the pancakes are apparently a hit so if I'm ever in Dublin again I'll add it to my list!

My favorite restaurant / brunch spot in Dublin! Food was so nice I came back twice. The presentation was impeccable and food was incredibly flavorful, with every bite a different combination of flavors. I visited in December of 2024 and believe I ordered the dulce de leche pancakes and the avocado toast but wanted to try their entire menu. Service was appropriate and the place has a very serene interior. You may have to wait if you are a large party as there aren't many large tables but I had no problem getting seated as a solo diner.

The food is quite creative and full of interesting flavors. We ordered the sweet potato & harissa eggs as well as the Choripan Argento which both were unreal. One of the best spots for brunch in Dublin! Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time as it is quite busy on the weekends but the ambiance is very relaxed.

Food: Delicious Argentinian inspired brunch Atmosphere: Small cafe with limited seating Service: All business but efficient Price: $$ I really wish this place was bigger because that make delicious breakfast. The food is really good and the cafe is very cozy. All dishes were beautifully presented.

Absolutely amazing! We had breakfast here the last 2 days because it was so delicious! Great service and great food! I also really appreciate anywhere that leaves a carafe of water on the table. We were able to be seated right away both times but if you want to sit inside I would recommend making a reservation.

This is the cutest Argentine caffe in Dublin! The poached eggs are a 10/10! The eggs are on top of avocado toast and mushrooms. I loved everything about this spot, vibe, ambiance, food , and service.

Since I don't eat red meat, I was very excited to see a vegetarian Irish breakfast option. I ordered this as well as a mocha latte. Despite the rain, my friend and I sat outside since all of the indoor seating was occupied. Thankfully some heaters provided warmth for what could've been a chilly breakfast. Very quickly the lattes came out which my friend and I sipped on. They were soooo cute, mine had the design of a little bear on top! The latte itself was hot and not too sweet, the perfect start to the experience. After a few short minutes, the food came out! Immediately, my friend and I dug in. It was honestly everything I expected and even more! There were no weak links on the plate and there were generous portions as well. I sat there for a while working my way through my delicious plate!! Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Beanhive. It was an aesthetic cafe that also provided a hearty breakfast. I would definitely recommend.

The first day we arrived to Dublin, I had a bit of a headache. I sent my husband in search of coffee and a bite in the hopes of warding off the headache. He brought back a tuna melt and mocha from The Bald Barista. Both were excellent. The tuna melt was herbaceous and flavorful and the mocha was the perfect blend or rich chocolate and strong espresso. So, a few days later when my mom arrived and was hoping for coffee and a bite, I said--I've got just the place! On that visit, we enjoyed our coffee and food in house. You order at the counter where you enter and if you're dining in, you simply take the stairs to the dining room and they'll bring you both your food and coffee. This time, I ordered the same coffee (why mess with a good thing) and a yogurt with everything (fruit, nuts, seeds--the works!). The shop itself is cute, warm, and inviting. The service is top notch with beautifully friendly folks working in here (including the Bald Barista himself). If you're in Dublin and are looking for an exemplary cuppa and some tasty bites served with a smile--this is your spot. Get to it!

So much food to try! So many options! I'm glad we only found the Bald Barista on our second-to-last morning in Dublin. The lattes were delicious, no doubt, but a med-low bar imho. What got me were the absolutely perfectly cooked scrambled eggs. By far the best eggs I've ever had at a restaurant. Service was lovely, everyone was super nice. The place was clean (even the loo), and I loved all the coffee kitsch (knick-knacks) on shelves around the place.

They prepare and serve up coffee as a city better than any other city in the world. Sorry Seattle, Portland, its the truth. As a full fledge coffee nerd/snob I am looking for great coffee nothing more. Also if they don't roast their own beans and they are just serving someone else's coffee they will never get above a 3 star from me. I am looking strictly at the coffee and the customer service in my reviews. Accents was fantastic. When I walked in the Barista, a pretty little red headed Irish woman was doing some spectacular latte art on a Mocha, she smiled and asked me what I would like. I order just a regular Latte. They do not roast their own beans, but she was out of coffee in the grinder, she reached for a new sealed bag and I caught the name, McCabe's. I was unfamiliar so afterward I looked them up. here is the link if anyone is interested. (https://mccabecoffee.com) Local award winning Cork roaster. I watched the Barista, fill the grinder and then told me it would be a minute as she needed to dial in the espresso. I shook my head in a circle like I didn't get it but okay. She had it dialed in after 3 shots. looked like 18 in and 36 out. She was a pro, steamed my milk while the shot pulled in about 24 seconds. I ordered my drink to go but it was still presented with great art and a smile. Told me where the sugar and lids were but suggested I tried it before i added anything, that the espresso is very good. I tasted it and said, "You are right, needs nothing" and it didn't. BEST LATTE I HAVE HAD THIS TRIP TO DUBLIN. I am breaking my own rule here, I can because they are my rules, they don't roast but they use fantastic local Micro-roasted beans and prepare my drink to perfection. Don't miss this little gem the in Dublin. 5 Stars.
