But, she just recently found out that the security guard that has been securing this community for the past few years is being let go because of the new fencing and she feels really uneasy (as do other resident friends of her) not knowing who she will call to respond quickly for any incident as she's been able to do in the past with this security guard at any time of the night or day. I personally have seen this security guard locking up the top entrance gate late nights and at various times when it was left open. I was also in the parking lot when I saw this security guard help a senior who had fallen in the bushes and also saw this guard help when a senior needed to move their vehicle because of a medical issue. I enjoy visiting her and the facility is very beautiful and well-kept and the people who work here are very courteous, as was the security guard who will now be sorely missed by my family member.

Most recently, we made a special request for a couples care MCP who could bring dementia expertise for my mother with Alzheimer's, along with mobility and orthopedic experience to support my father, a wheelchair user who lost the use of one hand due to a stroke. Before this new MCP's start day, my mother suddenly fell and broke her hip, requiring a 12-week recovery that began with three weeks in a San Rafael skilled nursing facility (SNF). Our Tender Rose MCP quickly built a connection with my mother while attending her daily PT and OT sessions at the SNF and successfully advocated for her to receive more attentive care there. Our Tender Rose Care Manager met in person with the SNF physician team, while also supporting our MCP in preparing the home for my mother's return. Before discovering Tender Rose, our family often felt overwhelmed. It is clear that Tender Rose has spent years building thoughtful processes and systems that allow staff to listen and respond quickly to client needs by phone, text, email, or software app. Tender Rose's efforts have allowed both of my disabled parents to continue aging in place in the home they love, with a daily quality of life that remains enjoyable and dignified. It's literally like a fancy restaurant for every meal for the residents! That cannot be beat! The entire place is immaculate, with no dirt or bad smells anywhere that we can detect, and that's a huge plus. Just the idea of assisted living usually conjures up negative things but Sunrise Villa creates a whole different experience, a wonderful one. My folks have only been there for one month, having come from a beautiful hilltop home on sonoma Mountain, and they are both already saying they are happy there. There are tons of amazing activities scheduled all day long, and their amazing two bedroom apartment gives them a living room, a bedroom,and an extra bedroom for my father's computer and office. On top of all that, Grace, who helped us through every step, is the most kind, loving, understanding, and patient person to help your family through this difficult time. She is amazing! Thank you Grace! Sunrise Villa is not cheap however, and you'll need plenty of money in order to stay there, but it's definitely worth it, and they have created an assisted living facility that takes the sting out of the painful family process that leads to the need for it. If God isn't there then what was , She lit up when she stary with Mother love, Always protect your loved ones from darkness and soulless people when they are at that age. She died in Peace with Gods light. Cost of Sunrise with a caviler attitude rip off dont leave your loved ones there. Eight thousand dollars a month, Theres a place in hell for this place.
