Great place for brunch but very busy location. We went on a Saturday morning brunch. We started off with an OJ and a coffee and then a Wild Berries Coco Waffle with scrambled eggs and an Avocado-Tomato omelette. OJ was really fresh. Coffee was good. Coco waffle was great but the Avocado-Tomato omelette was the star. One of the best omelettes I've had till date. Loved it. On the side, instead of white or a brown bread we went for a rye bread. The servers don't always spell out that option but you can ask for it. The staff was nice. Parking isn't a problem as it's a shared parking with other businesses in the plaza. I've been looking forward to eating at this establishment since the last time in Montreal/Laval area. My previous experiences had been stellar, however this time it was quite subpar. We ordered the poulet frit and the bacon Benedicts. The eggs were almost hard boiled not poached and runny as they're supposed be and that pretty much ruins the plate. The waitress was not interested in our party adding poor service to an already poor meal. Disappointing. read more

If you're looking for a filling breakfast, this is the place. Very busy even on weekdays but service is fast. Chai latte was sweet but still satisfying, loved the foamy milk. I was so surprised by how much food was on my plate. Bacon was crispy just the way I like. The potato mash is very yummy and a fun alternative to traditional breakfast potatoes. Came in with my group of 9 on a lazy Sunday morning, just before noon. The place was crazy packed with line ups almost out the door. We called ahead to make a reservation. Arriving only two minutes late, we found that our table had already been given away. Wow. ‍ We waited an extra fifteen minutes for our table from there. After being seated, our very kind waitress was quick to take our drink orders, and promptly came back with them and to take our orders as well. The hot water for some of the tea we ordered came at room temperature but our waitress helped us replace the water and bring us fresh tea bags later on. The waitress came around pretty often to refill our waters and coffee throughout our visit. Yay! I ordered the Fried Chicken Coco Waffles with scrambled eggs and Coco potatoes with half swiss and half cheddar cheese. Those of us who had ordered the potatoes with cheese had requested that the cheese be melted. We were refused by the kitchen with a very hard "no". ‍‍ The potatoes weren't quite hot enough to melt the cheese that was sprinkled on top so eating the cheese that I paid an extra $3 for wasn't quite complimenting the potatoes. But the potatoes themselves were pretty delicious! Everything else on the plate was pretty standard; nothing to rave about. One of those days i started work later, i made a détour to Allo mon coco on decarie. There was a morning special which is very affordable. I took the fruit, chocolate chip pancake. The fruits are abondant and the pancake is huge. Couldn't finish my plate and it was less than 8$. The service was very good and the place clean. read more

This place has been open for about a year or so, is in a strip mall right off Decarie and has lots of parking. It's open, friendly, great for families, has an outdoor patio and has a pretty big menu. They call their menu "modernized breakfast" and you'll have a hard time choosing as there are tons of really good options besides the regular 2 eggs and toast. It's a little pricier than other places but the quality is great and the service is always friendly. read more

I've done take-out once and just ate in today, so after 2 tries I would firmly rate them a 3/5. I preferred my smoked salmon eggs benedict that I had today to the crepe with apple and cheddar that I had a couple weeks ago. Both plates had generous portions, far more than I can eat in one sitting. The fresh orange juice wasn't too sweet which is exactly how I like it. However, like many other brunch spots in the city, the QPR suffers. Are 2 breakfasts and 2 glasses of juice worth over $50? Probably not very often. read more

First time at an Allo! Mon Coco chain. Another breakfast place like any other so I don't really have high expectations. Which is fine when all you want is a classic breakfast. I got the two eggs with bacon and was dissatisfied with my eggs. The yolk was almost fully cooked. I like mine runny and this was far from it! The rest of the food on the plate was ok. Had a terrible experience on Wednesday June 27th '18. A strong urine odor walking up to the hostess booth? She brushed it off on a smelly female client who apparently just left? I start off by ordering a tea. Never came? Had to ask someone else? I could hardly understand the waitress with her super strong accent. My meal arrives before the soup? Had to ask where the soup is? Instead of taking my plate to keep it warm, she pushes my plate to the side and puts down the bowl and walks away! Then to add insult to injury she gives me my bill and wants me to pay right away! I asked why? She said that many people have walked out without paying? REALLY? So treat all your clients as criminals? I immediately paid, (no tip!) grabbed my newspaper and walked the hell out!I'm sorry but this was the experience that will cause me NEVER to go back! Period! Plus the smell still was at the hostess booth 40 minutes after I walked in? Do NOT go if you don't have to. Food was good. Service was horrible. Got there at 3:30pm on a Tuesday and they told me they were closing very soon but that I can stay if I'm out by 4. As soon as I finished eating the waitress threw the credit card machine at me and never came back. I thought this was a chain restaurant, not a bar. They just closed when they wanted. Some guy walked in and they ran towards him just to tell him it was closed. Only reason I'm giving two stars is because the food was really good.
