I've been using this company for house cleaning past few months and they do great job every time…read more At first my house had renovation on flooring so I called them to clean entire house and dust everything including window sills & tracks. I was very happy with their work so I am now under regular schedule monthly for house cleaning as well as before party event so my guests would think I was such good housewife, but I actually had Jessica and her team did the cleaning the day before lol. For scheduling, it was fast and easy: I just need to send a few text messages and that's it. My advice for everyone out there is that, (although you don't have to), you should be as specific as possible on what you need/want for cleaning. I just show them when they come in, and ask them later if I or they miss something. Then the result will be a sparkling clean and shiny house.

Unlike others we reached out to on Yelp, they addressed specific concerns we had (not just a generic response). From the moment we reached out to them, they've been fantastic with communication (as others have noted) and always made sure to keep me in the loop. Even when we had to reschedule due to elevator issues, Cristina was accommodating and worked with me to find another day. And on that day, when she was running behind due to a previous appointment, she notified us, too. When Cristina and her partner Justin arrived, we were impressed by their knowledge of their tools, which they provided in addition to using our own vacuum. They were efficient and thorough, and coordinated seamlessly together as they divided the work. Their rates are reasonable, too. We're looking forward to having Cristina and Justin back in the future to help keep our home clean and organized!

The new home owners were thrilled with how spotless the house was. Needless to say that we opted again for Pamela and her team to clean our current new home. They have always been timely, very accommodating, and have generously suggested us when to do additional cleaning such as windows. The great thing about this company is that they are a small business, cleaning our house like it would be their own. It's seldom I give such a positive review, and I am actually surprised by reading some of the negative reviews here, which makes me wonder about the true assessment of the actual poster or their integrity. Too many times people operate with a lack of integrity, which is certainly not the case when working with this business. When it comes to cleaning services, you get as much as you are willing to pay. With Toledo Cleaning Services we get so much more! We have a pet bird who is accustomed to them coming around so the bird pretty much flies and sits on their shoulder while they are vacuuming. After a recent remodel, they spent additional time cleaning our shutters without us even having to ask for it. Great company with hard working people.

Deanna was very nice, but I was very disappointed with the deep cleaning service. I was even more…read moredisappointed by how the company handled my concerns afterward. Diana came in and thought my place would be a breeze because it looked clean. She spent two hours cleaning the fridge and stove, which were not particularly dirty, while a number of other areas were left undone. I repeatedly had to ask her to do things that I would have expected to be included in a deep cleaning, such as wiping the walls of the shower, cleaning the bedroom window and windowsill, and shaking out the shag bath mat. When I asked about the bath mat, Diana told me she had vacuumed it, but there were still white bits in it. Even after I asked her to address it, the white bits remained. She also left dust along the edges of the room, streaks along the edges of the windows, white powder on the floor along the base of the toilet, and one of my kitchen counters was not wiped down. She did not sweep the floors of the closets until I specifically asked her to. The company later contacted me to ask how I felt about the service. I initially gave them four stars because Diana was nice and I wanted to give myself some time to think about the cleaning. As I went through the rest of my day, however, I kept noticing additional things that had been missed. I first changed my rating to three stars and later asked for a partial refund. The company responded that because I had been there before Diana left, I should have been able to identify everything she had missed and have her correct it before she left. I had already asked her to address numerous things while she was there, but it was impossible for me to identify every missed area without essentially inspecting her work throughout the entire cleaning. I did not hire a cleaning service expecting that I would have to supervise the cleaner and check every surface to make sure the work was completed properly. The company told me they would get back to me about my concerns, but they never did. I also asked Deanna whether the company has a training program, and she told me that they do not because the cleaners already know how to clean. Based on my experience, the quality of the cleaning appears to depend heavily on which cleaner you happen to get. I was looking for a deep cleaning service that would allow me to trust that the job had been done thoroughly without having to supervise it. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with this company.

There are many people in Seattle but when I looked up "affordable home cleaning" on google, this cleaning service came up as one of the top rated companies, so I scheduled an appointment with them. Their response time and ability to be flexible with my schedule was on point. Three maids were sent to my place. I'm not sure how they decide on how many maids to send, but they were great! Claudette and Maria, in particular, were super caring. They showed that customer satisfaction, alongside with the cleaning results, was their number one priority. Another thing I loved was that it was a green cleaning company! The floors and furniture at the end looked phenomenal! It was definitely so much cleaner than whenever I clean it myself, which was good because I wouldn't want to pay for a service with results that I can easily obtain myself. PLUS it was super affordable. I'm so glad I found these amazing women to come to my house and help it seem brand new and smell amazing because its hard to keep it like that with kids and a dog. They are an honest home cleaning service with very very nice maids. I had a lovely experience with them and I will definitely contact them again, but hopefully, I wouldn't have to rely on them too often!

Our cleaner, Ash was perfectly on time and figured out how to navigate our building. (We live in Downtown Seattle and it can get confusing sometimes.) I LOVE that we could just book a cleaning online. Angela would always get back to us in ten minutes or less via e-mail. They make it SO easy! She not only took care of those items but went above and beyond and cleaned a dehumidifier I had running including the filter, and some other niche areas that had been neglected. After a long search, I settled on Seattle Green Cleaners and after months of having them clean the place, I can safely say that these guys are awesome. First, we are constantly cooking and having people over, and having cleaned my own kitchen for the past ten years, I can tell you that our cooking is really frickin' hard to clean up after. Especially the oven. Man I hate when something spills over and then immediately gets all dry and crusty because the stove top is hot...ugh. Anyway, they make it look perfect, like when I moved in. It's pretty great. Another thing I love is that they actually clean underneath stuff. I've had cleaners before who don't do this and it drives me crazy. Some people don't like their stuff being moved around but I promise you, if you want a good cleaning job, stuff's gonna get moved around a bit. Seattle Green Cleaners are super polite about it. They never reorganize, and while I try to not leave papers and stuff about most of the time, if I do they leave them in these nice little stacks, making the place even nicer while making me feel like my stuff is being respected. Finally, a word on rates. I think that for the quality of their service, their relability, and the use of green-friendly products, the rates are really competitive. I did a lot of competitive research and they were no more expensive than any other service I looked at and they don't ding me because I only have them come in once a month. Debbie said the night before she would call me when she left the job before mine, so I could meet her at my place and give me a 15-20 minute head's up. The day of she called me when she was outside my condo. Luckily I was nearby, but I had to rush home. 2. Debbie said she usually just brings a crew of 3 and charges by head and hour. The day of she brought 5 people instead to help her. 3. Even though there were more people to work, my 2b/2b condo did not look like it had an "upscale detail cleaning." Rather upon inspection with Debbie I pointed out random drawers and cabinets that were missed, including several other area. There was also residue/grime left behind my kitchen sink that she said would not come out, but I was able to remove 90% with a little scrubbing the next day. Debbie said they couldn't hit everything because of my budget and timeline, but what professionals can't clean an already pretty clean and completely empty 2b/2b under 2 hours with 6 people? 4. Another item I had prioritized with Debbie was having my empty fridge wiped down. It hadn't been touched at all. 5. One of the bathroom floors wasn't cleaned at all either, so Debbie went over a few places with a dry rag - not exactly the level of sanitation you'd expect from a professional cleaner. Although Debbie was nice, the cleaning job was very poor. It was a waste of money since I ended up going over everything myself.
