Inside is nice and clean, staff was very friendly. I booked a regular mani and pedi. Pedicure was fantastic 10/10. My manicure on the other hand was done poorly it was as if it was a cut and polish but not with pricing to reflect that. I mentioned to the tech that I was not happy with my cuticles that I had not had a manicure in almost a year. She said it was fine. She also smudged a few spots and instead of removing and re polishing she just put more coats over which caused it to chip. Overall it was a decent experience.

My cuticles are notoriously dry so they look a bit dry in the photo, but when I left my appt they were well hydrated with eucalyptus oil. Amy gave me a fabulous pedicure and took her time to remove the dead skin from my feet before giving me an amazing foot and leg massage. She is meticulous with applying the polish and she even did a final check before putting my sandals on for me. The cost was a $20 more than my prior nail salon but I prefer the service and results here. The staff were friendly, the AC/temperature were comfortable, and the space was clean and well maintained. I've been here for many times before and each time I came the experience is exquisite. The place is very clean and the people there are very friendly. Last time I came, I got the most expensive pedicure and I got the best 50 minutes of pampering and massaging. The lady helped me reduce the horrible dry skin I got under my heels and I almost dozed off to deep sleep when they started giving me the leg massage. They also had a great supply of nail polish colors for me to choose from and most are from OPI. I also recommend the nail gel lacquer--this is what I always get now ever since they introduced it to me. The gel lacquer really stayed on your nails for at least 2 weeks. It's amazing~ read more

This Nail Salon is the BEST! Their Salon is always neat, clean and decorative; the staff personnel are friendly, very efficient and, WOW, we always leave with a great fingernail trim and pedicure. Super clean salon and modern. Everything is super clean, which is so important. Relaxing music and nice ambience. Salon offers waxing, facials, pedi's and mani's as well as full sets. I've been going here for 4 years and have tried over 20+ salons in the greater Roseville, Granite Bay area. I always as for Don for my pedi's, he is the best. This place is so cute! I love the environment and the workers are very nice. I came here to get a pink and white every two weeks and I come out pleased with it every time. They are very meticulous and can maintain a really clean store. The owner Jennifer is professional and polite. One time these two girls were trying to stir up trouble and refusing to pay and she handled in calmly. The location is great. There's a Safeway right across, a Walmart soon to be opened, and they have Habit Burger a few stores down. read more

When I returned to explain the problem, instead of fixing them properly, they made my nails look even worse. I have included a photo showing the result: some nails are short, others are long, and they are uneven and crooked. It felt as though the technician was upset with me for bringing up the issue and did not care about doing the correction properly. During my appointment, the technician kept using her phone and talking with the other staff in a language I could not understand, which made me feel ignored and uncomfortable. When I complained about the nails falling off, she simply told me that next time I should come back within one week--as if it is normal for professionally done nails to fall off after only a week. The customer service was extremely poor, and I did not feel respected or valued as a customer. I would not recommend this salon.
