The floors were sticky, and every open table was covered in trash. We should've turned around immediately, but the kids really wanted Frosties. Big mistake. We ordered two specialty Frosties, and instead received a half-melted chocolate-vanilla swirl -- one of which was supposed to be birthday cake or something similar. When we politely asked the cashier about the mix-up, she just shrugged and mumbled something unintelligible. No apology. No correction. To be fair, they got our food order correct -- but that's about the only thing they did right. Unfortunately, the food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Which is strange, because they were actually busy -- three groups ahead of us, about 10 people total -- and yet it took nearly 10 minutes per group just to place an order. Not exaggerating.
