Quite possibly could not have been a more terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude right off the bat. When we asked for extra tomatoes on our child's sandwich they were very hateful and said we were only allowed two. They would not even allow us to pay for extra. It felt like we were inconveniencing them to even be ordering from this establishment. While the store was very clean this is the worst Subway experience I've ever had and I would recommend people go elsewhere. read more

We just stopped at this location on our way from WY to TX. It was about 2:00 and they were not busy at all. Our sandwiches were good but the workers barely spoke and they just threw the ingredients on our sandwiches. They acted like they hated their jobs and by the look of sandwiches, we would agree. This was the worst Subway I have ever seen. The girls working behind the counter was so rude and hateful. Every table in the store was dirty. The girls behind the counter didn't want to help at all. I had to use another customers Lysol wipes to be able to eat. Womens bathroom had no soap or paper towels. There was a line out the door by the time I got to the ordering counter. The tall young man making sandwiches moved with a deliberate slowness and devil-may-care attitude that did nothing to help speed their service. The woman operating the register at the end of the line maintained a bored expression and spoke very impatiently. The girl in the middle, Yasmin, was actually very sweet. She smiled, asked me politely what else I wanted , and thanked me for coming in. The sandwich tasted great despite the lackluster service. The staff here all acted like they were put out having to do their jobs. The guy that made our sandwiches tried several times to get someone else to take over. Also, after we ordered, we went to get out drinks and saw the attached photo. The ice gets stuck so they leave this nastiness for you to poke the ice and get it out. So disgusting. We came in and stood in silence for what seemed minutes. Eventually saying "hello!?" multiple times, before being greeted by a half asleep stoned teenage girl who couldn't make any level of eye contact. I specifically asked for soft bread. She replied "I guess it's kinda soft" and continues to make my sandwich. I could joust with the footlong sub, the bread is so hard. Poor poor customer service. When a line of 8 people formed, two more employees finally emerged from the back. Both appearing half asleep and avoiding eye contact with any employees. we expect some cross- contamination between sandwiches, but take simple steps to reduce it. wipe off the knife, change gloves, something. and if food falls out of the sandwich (tomato in this case) as its being packaged, dont put it back with the other tomatoes! i have a allergy to mayonnais, but now there is mayo on my sandwich from the knife not being cleaned. my wife is vegetarian, the tomato that fell out of my sandwich was all over the chicken, then put in her sandwich read more

Please don't stop. Like you are actually better off at the Valero down the road. Just get the gas station taquitos and deal with the stench later. Me and my boys walked up on this place and there was no bread. We were greeted with "we are out of bread, all we have is wraps and flatbreads." Which genuinely concerns me what flatbread is. I can not express enough- Do NOT go to this subway. After asking for a salad the girl rolls her eyes and walks away and into the back room without explaining where she went... Not one employee said a word and the line formed out the door. She came from the back room 8 min later drying the bowls as my husband asked for a salad as well. I said- I want rotisserie chicken and bacon and so does he do you have more? She said yes yes nothing to worry about and then scooped the last little bit of chicken in the pan and one and a half pieces of bacon that was left in the pan and put that in the microwave. Not toasted like it should be but ok. So she says I have to go get chicken and is gone for 5 more minutes to come back and say she was out of both bacon and chicken! We walked out the door. I am super disappointed! We ordered using the app- three kids meals, plus my husband and I got sandwiches, chips, cookies, etc. I didn't really pay attention to the bags bc it was super crowded in their and we had a lot of stuff. We drove all the way home and we saw one of our kids was short a meal. Tried to call the store to tell them what was up, of course no answer. So drove all the way back, waited thru another line, when I told her what happened she stated she gave us all three meals. No, I'm sorry you didn't. Typical Subway fare which would have earned 3 stars but there was a paper sign on the entry door stating they were out of flat bread. When I asked inside the employee stated that they had flatbread but just hadn't changed the sign. There were no other customers in the store.
