I was advised to submit an email outlining the services I needed and wait to be contacted when availability opened. I submitted the requested information and, after receiving no response for several weeks, sent a follow-up email. Unfortunately, that follow-up also went unanswered. I understand that a firm may not have the capacity to accept new clients; however, a brief acknowledgment or response would have been appropriate. The complete lack of communication, even after a follow-up, was disappointing and, in my view, reflects poorly on the level of professionalism and responsiveness prospective clients can expect.

Our past experiences felt very detached, but Franceska makes you feel like family--especially with her friendly rescue dog greeting you at the office! We're very happy with how she and her firm handle both our personal and business finances. It's been a great fit, and we couldn't be more pleased. I hope you find someone you can truly trust with your taxes, just like we did!

The 32086 Wells Fargo manager; Michelle in St. Augustine is the rudest manager I've ever…read moreexperienced. During my interview she belittled me and told me I had no experience in customer lines when I worked in a grocery store. Her tone was disrespectful and she had an attitude problem, she has no patience and has a history of upsetting her employees with her unprofessional and nasty way of talking to people. I'm glad I didn't get the job, because I have more respect for myself and I know I'm overqualified for the position & would never want to work with a snotty woman like that. Hope HR fires her to help everyone out over there, don't wanna have too many customer lines saying the same thing I am Michelle!

I walked up to the window and the gentleman was as friendly as can be. He gave me a number and I had a seat. I only waited about 10 minutes and then they called my number. I walked to the window, told the woman what I needed done and she was on our way to helping. She even let me know that since I was previously a Florida resident, she was able to apply some of the fees I had paid years ago to my current transaction. Honestly, I don't remember the woman's name who helped, but she was just a gem. Kind, efficient, and just lovely. After about 15-20 minutes, I was on my way with my new registration and license. Pros: -Kind and efficient customer service -Clean location -Well organized -Good location Cons: -My inability to take a good license photo Tips: -Get there early to avoid wait times.

Two words: TAMMY ENGLAND (hard stop)…read more Let's all be honest, taxes suck. Tammy has been doing our taxes for years, I guess it's about time I share my love for her with the world. I promise (and I've proven) that I will follow her to the ends of the earth. Covid office merger, no problem, found her at another location miles away. I literally fly in from wherever I am in the world to see her. The customer care, bedside manner, and attention to detail that I get with Tammy is second to none. She knows her stuff, is so professional, and never makes me feel like the disheveled mess that I am during tax time. And I've never asked a question that she couldn't answer (and, trust me, I ask her allllll the things). She's absolutely amazing, makes everything painless-- even when you owe, and your eyes are slightly tearing up (lol), she somehow manages to soften the blow. Tammy's my tax lady for life-- please never retire. See ya' next year!

So much for the in-office pros. Absolutely incompetent and greedy! The tax advisor we worked with, regardless of the number of years of experience and fully computerized system, repeatedly made mistakes as we watched our refund decrease. The fee was more than double the prior year and we were told we would receive an oh so generous $25 credit. Went to sign the return and were told choose between the credit or their guarantee to stand behind their work. We wasted several hours there only to realize they were incompetent and we could not trust them to do our taxes. GO ELSEWHERE!

This review is regarding Chase bank in general. I was issued a refund check from my orthodontist…read moreGreat Expressions and I deposited it into my account. Chase cashed the check for $2300 and then took the money out of my account and closed down my entire personal checking account as if I wrote a fraudulent check. Great Expressions has called Chase several times to verify the check however they are saying they still cannot verify the check. Great Expressions is a large corporation and has not had one problem with anyone cashing their checks. I worked hard to pay for my braces and they issued me a refund of the money I paid them so I could go to a different orthodontist. Now I have had braces stuck on my teeth rotting out because I cannot pay to go to a different orthodontist now. Chase will not even return the money back to Great Expressions. That is theft and that is morally wrong. Never ever bank with Chase bank they are the ones that are scammers and do unethical fraudulent things. I've always wanted braces and I am 38 years old and now I can't even get them finished. I just want my money back. They said it was their policy that they did not have to return any money not even back to the check issuer. Wtf!
