I wish I got the name of the gentleman that helped me, but I went in to make a cash deposit and get a replacement debit card. He was friendly, funny, and efficient! Real people helping real people. What more could you want? The layout of this location is a bit funky. Probably an experiment to see if members found this more approachable than all of the agents behind a main desk. Once you're used to that, it's not a deterrent, and doesn't at all affect the great customer service.

They have great customer service inside the branch and have always been helpful and efficient. They have a drive through and an ATM which is mainly what I use. There has been just one time when the ATM was down but it wasn't too big of s deal as there is another branch easily accessible on my drive home. The location is very easy to get in and out of. It is very nice and spacious inside which I really like.

It is a corner location they have a drive up for the ATM machine and it is clean and sleep looking. I have been a Chase customer ever since they bought Washington Mutual and I have never had a problem with them. This location is also not far from Interstate 95 if you are traveling and need to grab some quick cash. As I had stated there are several restaurants here and gas stations if you want to tie a bank transaction, a gas stop and a meal break. All in all, I would recommend here. Whether a resident of this neighborhood or, like me, a traveler passing through, this Chase location will treat you right.

And said that my card will be expedited to me in two business days. Over a week later, I received the same form in the mail with the same original requests. These workers don't know what their talking about. You have a better chance getting accurate information from the 1-800 numbers.

I am posting this on several sites. i am changing this to one star again. my original post was how…read morethey raised the price of the car by $1400 over the advertised online price because they decided that it was certified preowned but they missed some damage that was on the car that was held together with gorilla glue. they did fix it, but if the car was certified preowned, this should have been caught. when i posted my original review i was called and they said they could give me a couple of oil changes and preferential treatment when i came in for service if i called them if i changed my review. I asked why would i need that if i made an appointment. they said they could push me forward and my response was so your appointments don't mean anything? I told them It sounds like there is a secrete club you need to be in or you are going to wait all day to get work done on you car. they eventually lowered the price of the car back to the listed online price. Their finance dept screwed up and delayed the paperwork so i am unable to refence the loan to a lower rate. also they were very argumentative when i told them i was getting a lower rate from another institution. I felt bullied and taken advantage of when i went there to go with their financial institution because we needed a car asap. later in the day, i got a call from my institution and magically it is getting done.
