WRONG I could not believe they went up 80.00 more and could only say because of my credit. I have only ever had one speeding ticket back in 2010-2011 paid it took defense driving course for Florida and Delaware at that time. No DUIsAnd very cautious as my line of work deals with children. I don't see what my credit has to do with me driving or my policy. Just another way for these agents to get a bigger wallet. I submitted the requested information and, after receiving no response for several weeks, sent a follow-up email. Unfortunately, that follow-up also went unanswered. I understand that a firm may not have the capacity to accept new clients; however, a brief acknowledgment or response would have been appropriate.
