Called the office, tried to get another agent before cancelling, she never called back. Called a third time and explained our frustration. They just don't care. Even after telling them we were shopping around and would be dropping them, they didn't try to keep me as a client. Looks like they don't need business. The Murray insurance agency is the worst agency I have ever worked with. I would give them zero…read morestars but yelp will not allow you to do so. I have had two home policies canceled on rental property because of their incompetency and lack of detail. Both homes were canceled because they simply did not provide my proper contact info on my policy. The agency continued to send notifications to the property address instead of my mailing address or simply calling to inquire. The second one was even after I called to make sure the error from the first could not be repeated, and of course it was. Their errors left me unaware that I was unprotected for several months each. No one needs this liability you receive with working with The Murray agency or the additional costs incurred trying to correct for their incompetency.
