I moved to Florida as it is something I have always wanted to do and where I would like to spend my last years. Being an ex business owner and understanding some of the ins and outs of Insurance pricing going up and down has always been something for red flags for me. I bought a new car has all the safety features you could want and more which I thought would be great for my policy. WRONG I could not believe they went up 80.00 more and could only say because of my credit. I have only ever had one speeding ticket back in 2010-2011 paid it took defense driving course for Florida and Delaware at that time. No DUIsAnd very cautious as my line of work deals with children. I don't see what my credit has to do with me driving or my policy. Just another way for these agents to get a bigger wallet. At age 63 and learning still that loyalty and longevity of a customer and never having an accident or claim should speak something...But I will never recommend to any of my business relationships or personal.
