He gave us his opinions on some needed repairs and was very patient in explaining exactly what he was seeing and why it was good/bad. His report was 40 pages with full photos, and he got it to us within 48 hours. He made himself very available for questions or concerns after the inspection. Overall, it really felt like he was an advocate for us as the buyers, which is refreshing when going through the home buying process.
