Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable!…read more I am extremely disappointed with DMC DI DOLCE MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS LLC and their complete lack of professionalism and reliability. This company was assigned to me through American Home Shield, and dealing with them has been nothing but a frustrating waste of time. They constantly cancel scheduled appointments or simply fail to show up. It is absolutely unacceptable to have customers rearrange their schedules, take time out of their day, and wait around for technicians who never arrive. When a customer has a home warranty and needs a repair, they expect timely, dependable service--not repeated cancellations, missed appointments, and endless frustration. American Home Shield should seriously reconsider working with a company that treats customers this way. Customers pay for home warranty coverage expecting service, not excuses and wasted time. I would NOT recommend DMC DI DOLCE MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS LLC to anyone based on my experience. Their repeated failure to honor appointments demonstrates a serious lack of respect for customers and their time

From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail--especially with the chandelier installations, which required careful alignment and secure mounting. All of the ceiling fans were installed perfectly and are running quietly and smoothly. The outlet replacements were done cleanly, with everything tested and working flawlessly before they left. What really stood out was his professionalism and respect for my home. He kept the workspace tidy, explained what they were doing, and answered all my questions clearly. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. I would absolutely recommend this electrician to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality electrical work. I'll definitely be using his services again in the future.
