As for those who read the bad comments on his page, need to be upfront with expectations. When meeting Hamid and discussing what I would like done which was installing a ceiling fan, adding outlets to areas for microwave and dishwasher, installing recessed lights (14) and 3 ceiling lights, and upgradings from a small panel to a much larger one, and lastly going from 100 amps to 200 service, I knew it was a big job and it would take some time. When he tells you to work with him, then that's what you do if you're prepared for it. We were upfront with what we needed and so was he. Other electric companies put you on hold with an answering service. I called him on a Sunday while doing a light fixture on my own and he picked up. No waiting, quick response to text or call. He also advised and taught me a few things. This means that he is the type to Wal you through it if you can tackle a small task and save money. Not to mention the quality of work, A+. We asked him to come back and fix it to be able to dim. Benny kept giving us the run around and blamed us for it not working. The day he came out to fix it, he came into our house without our permission and started the work after saying he would come between a reasonable hour. He made it seem like we owed him something for having him come out at 7 when it was his fault he came so late. I wouldn't recommend this company because you'll be made to look like you're an idiot and have a stranger barge into your home without your permission. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We bought a house with 99-year-old knob-and-tube wiring throughout 60% of the house. It all had to…read morebe pulled out and replaced. At the same time, we wanted to install new recessed lights in several rooms, a new chandelier, had a doorbell that existed in theory but did not actually ring anything, and old thermostats that needed to be replaced. We then had a number of other repairs we realized we needed, and new outlets and lights to install. The project lasted on/off for three months. Mike Dininno Electric was there from the start, and Mike helped us take care of it all. The results, now complete, are excellent. Mike was easy to work with. He's a pleasant guy to chat with and good at explaining the work being done. He was patient in the face of many questions, and we felt we could ask him anything. Beyond just electric, he also gave advice on things like the placement and quantity of lights. He was flexible on the wording of his contract, and flexible in his scheduling, offering to come out on almost any time, any day--whatever made sense at the time. He was always easy to get a hold of. Though Mike did some of the work himself, he has a staff. Pete, who ran the majority of our project, was also easy to get a hold of, did great work, was easy to work with, chat with, and to have around the house. I gave Pete and Mike what I felt were a lot of details, and I can't think of any they missed. You'd expect a house in the midst of this sort of work to be a mess, but they kept it surprisingly clean. Mike also referred us to good people. After the bulk of the electric work, we needed to re-plaster and paint a lot of the house, and his painter friend, Toni, and his staff, did exquisite work. When the installation of a Nest proved a little trickier than anticipated, Mike was quick to call HVAC experts he knew could do it better than he could.
