Brian had the task of replacing the silk lining on both shades and did such an amazing job on both lamps. They are like new. Brian even took the Fine Art lamp stamp and re-sewed it back into the new silk lining. All in the process was seamless and very professional. Pricing was well within range and I could not be more happy with the outcome. Brian was professional, and stuck to his timelines. He finished my project within the time he originally provided which was great since most companies promise the world but never produce. Working with Brian and this company was the complete opposite of most companies that I have worked with in the past. Brian had very good clear instructions and if followed as directed you should have a very easy process. The instructions are very detailed and the information he provides during the process is great! I was little hesitant to drive out to get my lamp fixed due to distance, but it was definitely worth the drive. He finished the repair within 3 hours (my appt was at 9, but got there 9:15~ and said it would be ready by 3 PM. I texted to ask eta at 11:30 and it was already done! He was professional and honest, and even helped me to get my lamp in the car. And he even wrapped it up really nicely with the bubble wrap to protect it for the transit I am very happy with the result, and highly recommend him!

I have dead spots all over my front lawn from what I can guess is not enough water. And this was confirmed by other irrigation companies. In other areas I have too much water and the grass has died from too much water and mold has grown on my shed and fence. They came back numerous times to adjust the heads and with the same results.............NONE! I contacted them about leaking/weeping heads and they did nothing but step on them and tell us it was to be expected as the system was new. A year later and the heads are still leaking/weeping. I had another company come in and review the job and I was told the timer they installed was old technology and the wire used for the solenoids and timer was cheap inexpensive wire! When I contacted the owner and told him all this, in my opinion, he became very agitated that I was questioning him and his workmanship. What he needs to remember are a few things, one, is this is my house and my hard earned money that I feel I wasted on his services, and the second most important one, is that customers are the ones who make paydays happen! His answer to my questions was that I would not need to worry about anything that they were never coming back to my house! Great customer service! In my opinion I would never recommend this company and whoever reads this review as a consumer should look for another irrigation company! Once they get your money-they don't want to hear from you!

They were just phenomenal and I will be using them from now on for all electrical needs.
