He asks me to describe the problem, and actually LISTENS, takes notes, and gets to work right away. He was here checking every connection and determined the problem. Even replaced the batteries in our main thermostat. Suggested a course of action, put everything back together and promised to get us an estimate in a few days. Did I mention he wire these little booties covering his shoes so as not to damage or dirty my wood floors? I've never experienced such an articulate, professional & knowledgeable technician.
