Matthew does the job himself, it is not some private equity owned iPad guy type operation that outsources to someone else 3. And these mirrors are very heavy! I was very impressed with his cleverness in hanging them. The pole ended up being more of a challenge since it didn't fit in the room. Pricing was more than fair, especially with the amount of work and brainstorming that had to be done to install these giant mirrors and pole. A+++ and 10 STARS review of Handyman Daddy's outstanding work on our home! We hired Ivan to do…read moremultiple repairs after a home purchase. A coat closet had water damage prior to our purchase. After a mold remediation company ripped out wet dry walls, baseboards, floor and closet door, we got price quotes from two handymen to rebuild the closet and outside wall. We hired Ivan based on his 5-star reviews and competitive price quote. He showed up at 11 am and worked hard until 8 pm to finish the job in 1 day. He also patched ceiling holes made by the mold remediation company and repatched a kitchen wall that was badly done by another vendor. Ivan's finished work looked amazing, as if there were no prior damage before we hired him. We were so pleased that we hired Ivan again to replace an old porcelain undermount kitchen sink (2 bowls/2 drain holes) with a bigger stainless steel drop-in single bowl sink (1 drain hole). I picked a sink to purchase but thankfully, Ivan measured the old sink and counter cut out space and said my choice would not fit without him cutting the counter. I then bought a different sink only after Ivan approved its specifications and it fits perfectly in the existing space. Again, Ivan worked nonstop for 4 hours to remove the old sink and install the new sink. After removing the old sink, he saw that part of the granite counter in front of the sink was weak due to existing cracks in the granite. He immediately went to Home Depot to buy wood to reinforce the counter before installing the new sink. He also resealed all around the sink including below the sink to make sure no moisture will go underneath. It's this kind of attention to detail and very thorough work that made us very glad that we hired Ivan. On the same day, we also asked Ivan to replace a failed water shutoff valve under the bathroom sink. Again, his work was perfect and clearly showed he is knowledgeable and does excellent work in many areas of home repair. We already have other home projects in mind for him to do and we highly recommended him to our family and friends.

Scheduling was straightforward, though there was a little mix-up with the date and time, so he ended up coming a bit later than planned. We hired him to rehang a door, mount cabinets on a wall that had both gas lines and electrical behind it, and install shelving tracks. He was careful not to hit anything that could've caused trouble, and everything turned out solid and secure. What I appreciated most is that he got through all three projects within the budget and time frame we agreed on, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I'm glad we hired him. Getting these projects done really put the final touches around our home and made the spaces feel complete.

It's humongous, heavy, and no one's touched it since it was installed in the '70s. I reached out to a few handymen on Yelp, and I liked Justin's responses and responsiveness the best. A couple of guys had said they couldn't do it, and another was very brusque in his responses. Justin was thorough and polite! He came by today, was super punctual, and tackled the problem right away. Not only did he fix the door so my parents wouldn't have to purchase new doors, he took the time to vacuum and even used a pen to get all the dust/hair/debris that had gathered in the track over the years. We were thrilled with the outcome, and will definitely call Justin in the future for our handyman needs!
