Fantastic staff and first-class storage facility. After moving from a two-story home, we needed a large unit with easy access, to store furniture and many boxes. All Size's was ideal for several years, until we managed to pare everything down . Despite cheaper units, closer to our present home, we decided to stay at All Size, mainly because everyone on the staff is so accommodating, friendly and easy to work with. A self storage unit located in San Clemente. Although they have the friendliest people working here, I unfortunately had a bad experience. It cost me $200+ a month for my unit, only to find out all of my things were covered in a sheet of green mold! This essentially ruined my leather couches which my movers refused to pack up. Me: Stored too much for way, way too long On site staff: AWESOME - patient and responsive at every turn! They clean where needed, repair if something goes wrong, spray if "whatever-that-is" SHOULDN'T be there and remind your storage neighbors to respect each other (although my only issue with a "neighbor" ever over the years was something they had stored making its way through a crack and into my unit, thank goodness it wasn't damaging). Can you believe they even have a neat and CLEAN restroom on-site? Well they DO! 100% would not recommend this business. The staff here are nosey and sly. I shared a storage unit here with my wife at the time and while we were going through a divorce I tried multiple times to get my stuff out of the storage unit but the staff would not let me in because the unit was under my wife's name. The staff knew both us us very well and was well aware that we shared that unit. After my wife and I divorced she stopped paying the storage bill and I kept receiving notifications from all size that the bill needs to be paid or they will auction it off. I called in numerous times pleading with the staff to allow me to pay her bill to avoid my stuff being auctioned. I explained the circumstances and they would not even allow me to pay the bill. (I previously never had an issue with calling in to pay the bill). They were clearly more interested in making a profit by selling my belongings rather than just allowing me to pay the bill and get my stuff out. Recently by court order, my ex wife was forced to pay the bill and she did so. Unfortunately the staff of this business had already cut my lock and revenged through my belonging. I discovered valuables broken and missing. Everything in my unit was scattered and rearranged. I had a box with my framed military awards, documents and medals found completely crushed under other boxes of mine. I've used storage units my whole adult life serving in the military for a decade and I've never encountered such dishonest behavior from a business like this. I hope people see this review and choose a different nearby storage business instead. read more

I have been with allsize storage for approximately a year-and-a-half, and I would not change anything. The thing that impresses me the most is the effort they put in to maintain safety and security for your belongings. Janis and Lori are also very big on communicating which I also love. I lived in San Clemente for 20 years and have since moved out of state. My belongings are still there and I never worry about damage, if something's going to be missing, if someone will get in that shouldn't get in. Because I am deploying I needed a storage unit in the San Clemente area. I was greeted with kindness and efficiency. I was able to walk in same day store my items and pay walking out the door. Clean facility. No problems other than communication. For example. When it's a holiday they lock entrance into the facility. No notification to tenants. New Year's Eve around 3 pm I showed up with truck load to unload in unit, closed and could not get in. Now they send a text saying I have 3 days to get storage Insurance or else they will charge me for the insurance. Now keep in mind I have no problem with them closing the gates certain days or requiring insurance. Problem is there are no notifications through email or mail of this occurring. I wish they would notify us by text in advance that storage facility will be closed certain days and insurance is now needed. Even An email, or phone call would be fine. Super frustrated that such easy task becomes a burden! Please Allsize, notify us about changes etc in advance! It would be nice! read more

Ugh is all I have to say... staff is nice but there is no one ever around! It's 10am on a Sunday and access hours begin at 7am... how is this place unstaffed? How is no one answering the phone? WHY IS THE DAMN BATHROOM LOCKED??? Carts are hard to come by and last year when I was here the elevators were broken for what seemed like forever. Again really nice staff but for what they charge, I wish it was just... better. Ugh. read more

I'm very glad I chose this place for my storage needs. They were able to get me a unit immediately and were very friendly and helpful. The unit is secure and clean. My only issue is the hours. My work schedule and commute make it so I leave at 8am and get home at 8pm. So I am only able to access my unit on my one day off a week which is difficult. read more

I was moving and needed someone to provide secure shredding services including a certificate of destruction. Allsize Self Storage to the rescue! Just roll in with your shredding and they will lock it in their secure facility and dispose of it. Unlike Office Depot they'll give you that certificate ensuring that they properly shredded the material. The best part is they charge by box, not weight so I saved a little money. Honestly the facility is clean, staff is nice but they constantly raise the rents. Most units will raise the rent once a year or less if your a long term tenant. Not Allsize, once your past the first 6 months you get a rent increase 2 to 3 times a year. I have two units one for business and one personal and after 3 years I'm paying to have everything moved because of the constant rent increases. No matter how nice it looks its just not worth all the rent increase and there are tons of storage units that won't nickel and dime you to death. read more
