Hadn't had a deep clean like that in over three years with the pandemic etc. And they did 20 hours of work with 4 gals working non stop for 5 hours!! It was phenomenal and literally the most clean my house has ever been! Kat the owner was even there as one of cleaners. Every nook and cranny was clean, baseboards, window sills and tracks, Ceiling fans, library and the list goes on. Thank you so much! Looking forward to biweekly maintenance service!

I LOVE Lily's!! We have been having them come one day every other month for almost a year (I think…read moretoday was the 5th time?). We've had a few different ladies come, but I am always very impressed at their level of detail with the basic house cleaning. It is honestly the BEST day when I know they are coming -- I wake up so excited knowing that in a few hours my home will be gorgeous! For example, they obviously mop, dust, etc, the normal things you would expect, but they also take out the trash, make the beds, tidy up (it's always so cute going into the nursery and seeing they arranged the stuffed animals on the rocking chair, etc). Today I noticed she literally wiped the soap residue off our our hand soap dispensers and washed the few dirty dishes I had in the sink. I really appreciate them! They are also super easy to communicate with - I appreciate that you can text! I've had to reschedule our cleaning twice and both times they accommodated me last minute and were really nice about it. I see there are some negative reviews here for more deep cleaning services - I have only done the regular cleaning for our 3 bedroom house so I maybe its different in deep cleaning scenarios but I am thrilled with the regular cleaning!

Cleaning my parents home my siblings and extended family. I like to try companies and see what if anything has changed. Well wow everything has changed ! This company I would rate as one of the two nobody should hire. sent one girl out to do a deep cleaning. Now I've had companies send 5 cleaners out and really make things happen. Which is crazy wonderful to see and appreciated. I've had companies want to charge to much and also to little.. This company does not do what they say!!!!! Oh man I'll tell you if these businesses realized by putting their customers and their workers first gosh everyone would be wanting to patronize their business. Don't use this one you'll be Sorry

Hired Pulirr previously and company sent 2 cleaners that did nice job so I hired them again,…read moreunfortunately much different experience the second time. This time Pulirr sent one cleaner to clean my 9900 square foot home and told her to complete it in 4 hours. They provided her a long list of things not to do which she was happy to show me. She explained she was a subcontractor and this was her first job with Pulirr. She did not do a proper job, did not use soap and water to mop, did not use dusting spray to dust, and was slow and seemed confused as to what her actual responsibilities were. When she was "done" I pointed out to her that she missed stairs that were not vacuumed and bedrooms and bathrooms that were untouched that she said she did not see. The entire experiance was exhausting and I was surprised that Pulirr would send one person out to a home like mine. They knew my home was very large, yet they sent one person on their first job, totally unvetted. Additionally I had booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance so they had plenty of opportunity to find a proper crew to clean my home. I could not recommend Pulirr based on my experiance

This is my updated review for High Point Cleaning Services:…read more I was completely ripped off by High Point Cleaning Services. They charged me $400 for a basic move-out clean and took advantage of me. When I went to check the rental afterward, I found that they didn't clean the baseboards, windowsills, or walls--things that should have been deep cleaned, especially given the list they provided stating those areas would be cleaned. The only things they actually cleaned were the stove, fridge, bathrooms, kitchen, and they vacuumed. They had two cleaners in there for seven hours. What were they even doing for seven hours? I could've cleaned this myself, one person in four hours, and had it looking spotless. To make matters worse, one of the employees had the nerve to comment on how "disgusting" and "hairy" the place was, which was completely untrue. This was a normal move-out clean for a 1,100 sq ft townhouse, and I was overcharged. I'm just relieved that personal belongings weren't in the home while they were there, because I wouldn't trust these people in my house or anyone else's with personal items. I do not recommend this company at all.
