At her suggestion, we went down to the leasing office and confirmed with the property manager that I had a better alternative as my unit did not require a "deep cleaning". I then told them I could meet them later that day or any other day and time that week. They told me that if I cannot meet them right then when it was convenient for them, I should just go find another house cleaner. I cannot imagine the stress and disrespect I would have had to go through with this company if I had continued doing business with them.
