Pete came out a day earlier than expected and his was the first quote received. Pleasantly surprised by his no nonsense honest assessment and thankful he even added 'extras' after his quote without increasing the price. He took to heart that my mom was on a fixed income and was quite fair. They were quite diligent and prompt - and was quite patient as we needed to have a couple large tress cut down first. Their hired team did a superb job - more than what we expected. Prep and power washing and caulking cracks all excellent - I didn't expect to get the shutters taken off and painted separately nor to have the gutters painted - all extra from the initial estimate that they honored. The house is so beautiful now - we went from a white to a darker beige. Mom received complements from all her neighbors and friends on the new appearance - just beautiful.
