This was our first time hiring someone to work on our home as typically my husband has done our previous remodels himself and I was dreading the whole process, but after meeting with Mason we felt confident in ReBuilt's abilities to complete our project. We had Nikki as our designer who helped us tie in some of our finishes and fixtures for the look that we were going for and she was very easy to work with while directing us to products she thought we would like. The design team helped us work through some of the city restrictions from what we were initially going for into something that worked for us and came out better than expected. The team who were on the project were very respectful of our property and we could tell how much attention to detail and care they put into their work. They use a platform called Buildertrend thats a management tool to keep everything organized for the schedule, payments, and communication, this helps eliminate some of the worries that may come along with a big project. Mason was able to work with our budget and although we did end up going a bit over mainly due to unforeseen requirements from our city we are very happy with the results and the way that everything turned out.

Emma has been extremely helpful (even helpful with questions construction related that are outside of the design process). She made the selection of materials so easy, as you know this can be an overwhelming task with so many options! Emma's professionalism and attention to details was and is such a blessing and made my first experience remodeling that much easier! Ana came up with a beautiful design and we couldn't be happier with the results. She really helped guide us and worked with us to help our vision come to life. She was patient with my indecisiveness but helped us keep our project moving. We're out of their usual location range and couldn't work with their contractors, so I think because of that some of the communication was challenging between designer and contractor. (It seems like they work pretty seamlessly with Builder Boy!) So while that was challenging at times, the end result is one I know I couldn't have done without Ana's skilled eye and access to beautiful materials I didn't even know existed. I'm really felt like the design was such a collaboration between us and she really helped me realize my vision and what was important to us.

After finally getting "new construction" windows installed, we decided to go with larger 4 1/2" shutters. We were so nervous because not many people get that size, but we decided to go for it and boy do we love them! Everyone that comes over says our home has a "beachy vibe" with the large shutters. They look so nice with our painless windows! We only had one issue with the 2018 shutters in the bathroom rusting. ISD said to order the waterproof replacement would run us $650 for a small window but that seems a bit too much. ISD brought a new rustless magnet and made it look a lot better. Overall we are very happy with the way the new large shutters turned out, and happy with how the older 3 1/2" held up in the bedroom.
