The bad weather of 2023 in Round Rock caused a lot of damage to our home, and Mike and his crew did a great job to get our place back to top condition. Thanks again, Heritage Home Services!

BBB case is pending. Jim Locke is not an honest man.

They left while I was still working, so I didn't go through it with it through a fine toothed comb, only a cursory glance, and I sorely regret it. The kitchen was swept and mopped, yet the floors were still grainy and not smooth to walk on. The inside of the cabinets looked like the grime had been pushed around, but ultimately not cleaned out. Some of the counter was wiped, but there were still sticky areas that were not tended to. The light switch was not wiped. the dishes were not cleaned or even dried. I know some services don't do dishes, which is fine, but this is something I specifically asked for, and something I paid an extra $50 for. The bathroom floor around the base of the toilet was not cleaned, swept, or mopped. Faucets were not cleaned. The toilet was cleaned. The tub was definitely wiped and rinsed, not washed and cleaned. The mirror was still spotty and there were clearly areas of the mirror that were not touched. Counter was cleaned. Overall, It was a waste of money. There also seems to be no professionalism to speak of, because when I voiced these concerns to them, I was ignored. In my mind, best case scenario, they could have come back to address the issues I disclosed and cleaned to satisfactory standards. Minimally, I would like to have been acknowledged or told that they will keep my concerns in mind in the future, that they will work on criticism provided, that they're sorry to lose my business or anything else. I'd even appreciate them saying they believed they did the best they could! But to ignore me altogether is rude and unprofessional. Our rapport was friendly and kind and even asked multiple times if I could buy them lunch bc I believe in being kind to those who provide a service for you! There was no disrespect or anything whatsoever from them or from myself! So I truly do not know what I possibly could have done to deserve to have such lackadaisical effort on their part when it came to cleaning my home. I don't know if they were having an off day, or what, but this was not a good experience at all and I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone. A waste of nearly $250.

You raise the lid on a hot austin summer day and you gag from the rotting everything in your bin. Even after it's emptied. And when you go to put something in the bin right after it's been washed. Finally getting around to writing this review! It takes a bit to get settled into a new home…read more Gladys and Ronnie were amazing! They really guided us through to the best flooring decision we could have ever made. Let me tell you, we had been shopping every where in town. We even went to the Home & Garden show here in Austin. The problem was either way too high of a price, or way to low of a quality product (meaning the reviews were bad on the product). Texbest Floors was right on in the middle. They beat the other guys quality who were charging the lowest per sqft (those floors won't last). They beat the other guys prices who were charging way too much for an average household's budget. We had also heard nightmares about projects starting and not getting completed on time or on budget. But not with these guys! They got our beautiful floors down just as we had arranged. Here's what happened: 1. They came to make measurements and talk to us. I can't thank them enough for this advice. For example, for our situation, we went with hard wood, glue down and I can honestly say I'll never consider floating laminate again! (but that's my opinion). They also added a little section of tile at the back door, since the previous flooring was showing warping because of the pool in our backyard. That was an awesome call, keeps that moisture off the floor. 2. The workers were very friendly and very professional. For the price I was impressed. These guys really worked hard to make sure the floor went down flush. They also took the time to make sure the subfloor was properly prepared as well. And game us tips along the way. 3. They delivered on time and on budget. The workers even came by to make sure everything was cleaned up off the floor. 4. It's been several months and are floors are still looking brand new. Highly recommend these guys. They are super nice and very ethical. Go by there storefront and talk to them. -David & Neha

Here are the reasons I am giving them 5 stars. 1 - Their team of installers was AMAZING. They were able to remove all of the carpet and laminate, level the floor, install the wood flooring, base boards and toe molds in ONE DAY. Not only did they do amazing work, they left the house and outside work area impeccably clean when they were finished. 2 - They charged us exactly what was quoted. 3 - Gladys was checking in regularly. She was helpful, informative and easy to get in touch with when we had questions. She walked us through the whole process and everything was completed as promised. I would definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends.
