Clean and well lit. The bowling alleys worked fine. I think at close to $5 a game it's a little pricey for a family night out

I enjoy coming to the Alley Kay Lane! Great place for group outings, with friends and family. I also enjoy the claw machine.

It's an okay place to go bowling with the kids for something on the spur of the moment fun, but needs to be updated.

It's Fun, but outdated. The arcade is fun, the food is good, just too old to give 5 stars. Still reccomend for some afternoon fun.

Plus, the candlepin bowling and arcade are separate from the busier lanes, making it a perfect spot for families.

I visited PiNZ in Kingston, MA on a Saturday afternoon with my 2-year-old for a quick lunch. Upon…read moreentering, there wasn't a single employee in sight. I had to walk through the entire establishment and arcade to the host desk, where I was told to seat myself in the restaurant area, and that someone would be over shortly. After waiting for 10 minutes, a server approached and told me he'd be with me in a moment. Another 10 minutes passed, and I went up to the bar to order drinks and a kids' meal, along with an appetizer. After at least 45 more minutes, my toddler was becoming irritable due to hunger. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and not even what I had ordered. I explained to the server that I wanted to pay for the drinks and leave, and his response was, "There are other people I need to take care of first." While I know the server wasn't entirely to blame, this experience was a complete disaster. PiNZ is supposed to be a family-friendly place, but this was my third time dining here, and every visit has been extremely disappointing. As someone who has worked in the service industry for years, I'm honestly baffled that this place is still open. Service is terrible. Food is terrible. You couldn't pay me to come back.

The bartenders are friendly and they have a decent beer selection--though they could stand to add some more adventurous IPAs.
