His behavior was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of respect for paying customers. Adding $5 to an all-day pass as a "courtesy" was nowhere near enough to make up for this experience. Management should be setting the standard for customer service, making guests feel welcome, and stepping in to support employees when the bar is understaffed. Instead, the manager was part of the problem. Spending nearly $200 should not result in being ignored and treated as though our business doesn't matter. The company should also ensure all games are fully operational and properly maintained so customers get what they pay for.
