They keep saying they'll talk to the people at the top when we complain that they're haven't done the job and then schedule appointments without telling us that they're coming & we're not home. On top of that, they have 3 different crews to do 1 job at our house and can't seem to schedule all the crews to come at the proper time. At this point they have taken our money and done absolutely nothing. DO NOT go with ORKIN!
