The sauce was tasty and offered a mild burning sensation that begins at the pallet and exits the nose - a noteable trait of wasabi. My friends both ordered the Jack Daniels chicken pizza and both enjoyed it very much. Based off the bite I took, the toppings complimented each other well. The sauce added a level of smokiness, over the smokiness of the wood oven, that I enjoyed. Great pub if you are visiting Tadoussac. They are stocked with some tabletop games to keep busy with while it rains. The staff is great. Food is fantastic. I will forever remember Tadoussac as the place I ate a kickass smoked salmon sandwhich, and saw a whale!
