Most of the people you speak with are not decision-makers; they relay your issues to those who are. If you treat them kindly, they will "fight" for you and prioritize you as a customer. If you're not satisfied, ask to speak with managers and have all your information and proper documentation ready. Again, I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to remain calm and kind. You can achieve a reasonable resolution. Don't give up and they will make things right.

When the installer team came out, they did not replace the boards and told me new boards were unnecessary. I was still charged for the board replacements anyway. I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

They have ignored my request to fix this. They did not vent externally. They vented to the attick even though we laid for external venting. Venting a kitchen to an attick is a fire hazard. There were things that were half done or never completed. They are supposed to be coming monday, 8/20/18 for the improvements but never told me what time. I have emailed multiple times asking what time they are coming because i have crohns and an appointment at an infusion clinic on Monday- they obviously never emailed back and don't care to answer. Again, I won't be holding my breath.
