They did not rush my decision of choosing frames and offered insightful advice that I would never thing about. (I appreciate the personalized time because glasses are a full time accessory on your face! If you don't like them, you can't hide or adjust like you can with a wrong haircut or makeup.) I cannot believe the change in this office for the NEGATIVE within the period of a year. His doctor is Dr. Grove. He is a wonderful Christian man. That did not change. But for the 10 minutes that we were with him, it really was not worth the way we were treated by the other office staff. I believe sensitivity training is in order for how to speak to an elderly patient. The first technician was RUDE. When she spoke to my father there was no kindness. She was totally doing her job and that was it. When she attempted one test, she was so incompetent that she had to get 2 other employees to help her. Maybe if she would have used better directional words my dad could have understood the task. Instead, she rudely sighed, said "nope" out loud and went to get help. When the trio came back, I said "let's remember he's 92 and he has Parkinson's ". At that point, nurse #1 told me I could have a seat in the waiting area. I said "absolutely not. I'm staying right here". So, after that, I was targeted as the B and my father's treatment went further downhill. The girl who did his refraction never made eye contact with me and said not one word of encouragement or kindness to my father. I'm sure nurse #1 told her how terrible I was. I left this review in the hopes that anyone having an elderly parent/relative going to LEC for an appointment goes with them to protect them from the generation of workers who are there now. They are RUDE and do not care for the elderly. DO NOT GO HERE! I would have put 0 stars for this review if I could have!

These folks are phenomenal! From the Drs down to the staff they have all been wonderful. My mom had…read moresevere dry eye in both eyes and it was ignored, dismissed and untreated by another prominent eye center. Dr. Elliott immediately sprung into action with drops and treatments. He was also very kind and caring to my mother. Then she had to see and have surgery by Dr Kropinak he was awesome as well! She had some side affects from meds and he responded right away. Most of all he's a great surgeon and she Is healing well. His surgical team was excellent as well. He is very kind and caring too. She is also being treated for Glaucoma by Dr Piette. I have not met him yet but she likes him and he's trying different treatments before moving on to surgery. Can't say enough good things about the Ludwick team!

I wore my glasses like I was told to, but without my lenses, they're gonna hit me with another fee. My last visit. It's all about the money, not the patient.
