All Ways is a small plumbing business that I have called several times in the last couple of years to repair plumbing problems in my home - replace the water heater, toilet, kitchen faucet, stopped pipes. Jake has always gets back to me quickly, keeps me posted when he is on the way, and I have been very satisfied with the repairs. But what I really appreciate about Jake is that he is very flexible in getting the repairs/replacements done. He is easy to communicate with and explains the problems, cost and options to get the job done. When I decide to replace rather than repair an item, he has suggested that I could shop for the replacement items (toilet, faucet) and have him come to install them; but, I have usually described what I wanted and he has picked items for me, purchased them after checking with me and taken care of the installation. This company is top-notch! Jake, the owner, has consistently been reliable, competent, courteous, ethical, and reasonably priced. In fact, during the extreme cold snap we had back in December 2012, my hot-water pipes froze just before I had to travel to Portland to see an elderly relative. I asked Jake if he could come by to check on things in my absence. When I returned, I found his footsteps in the snow leading to the side door of my garage. Also, Jake is eager to ensure that his work is done to his own high standards. All my life I look to get a professional for skilled job requirements. (i.e. carpenter, dentist, physician, plumber, etc.) to do what needs doing. Very often it does not turn out so well. This company (Jake) are the great and real deal. Professional doesn't begin to describe his attitude and work ethic and SKILLS. I recently moved to Redmond, OR and had two occasions to need a plumber after experiencing their complete satisfaction on the first job there was no doubt who to call when our hot water heater gave up a short time later. SkipK On Friday, 12/22/17 I discovered a leaking hot water heater in the garage abd went to "Yelp" for a reliable plumber. I called All-Ways Plumbing and left a message that was returned very soon by Jake. He came by the house between jobs to assess the issue and was very thorough in giving the options on how to proceed. We needed a new tank which he ordered as they left for another job. In the darkness on the Friday before Christmas Jake and his apprentice did the install. My hot water heater broke on a very cold and snowy day on a Friday in late December. I called All-ways plumbing and Jake called me back within about 15 minutes. He was able to fit me into his schedule that day. He arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to drive to Bend to pick up a replacement part and did this without complaining and only charged me for about 1/2 of the drive time. Fantastic customer service!! My new water heater was delivered by 10am and installed that afternoon.
