At our new home, they took the time to lay down floor protection before bringing in any furniture, which gave us peace of mind knowing our newly remodeled floors were being protected. The only challenge was a stubborn screw on one of our bed frames that simply wouldn't come loose. The team quickly brought it to my attention and talked through several possible solutions with me. In the end, they safely moved three-quarters of the bed frame, and my husband planned to remove the remaining section later. I appreciated their honesty and problem-solving rather than forcing it and risking damage. I gave furniture list - 3 hutches, 2 buffet and 2 ikea billy bookcases and he tried to tell me it would be 4 movers and 4 hours of work. My 67 year old mother comes over to help me move these things and i am a 5'6 lady here. We are not big burly people. BUT YOU NEED 4 MOVERS AND $1200? He asked what i thought the job should be. I said 2 guys or even one. I CAN HELP. I just didn't have a truck or an extra human. The furniture would be outside and we would travel 3.8 miles across town to where this needed to go. Up a freight elevator to a storage unit. You can wipe my behind with $1200. I will hike these things on my back and carry them. Hang up on someone else you rude man.
