So very impressed with this company! When I called for a quote, Kim and Ken were very kind and professional. The quote was $65 lower than another company I called and was not a penny more when I paid. Mark M, the technician was on time and did a beautiful job of replacing the glass for a patio slider, right on site! He vacuumed the loose old glass up and all within a half hour. I needed new screen installed for a security door. The door needed several separate pieces. I went to the office Friday afternoon, was treated very professionally and was scheduled to have new screen installed Monday morning, site unseen by the company. Mark came right on time and completed the job. He was friendly and did excellent work. We thought we were going to have to replace our two bedroom windows when they got stuck and we could not open them anymore. We looked up window companies and went to All Venture Windows. Ken had a man out within the hour and found that we didn't need to reply our windows just replace the hardware inside. I gave him a deposit to order the parts and within two days he was back to fix them. We can now open our windows! It was much much less expensive than replacing the windows.
