Two years ago, they replaced the glass on my sliding door. I was very happy with the work they did and the price. Today, they sent someone else out to fix the lock on my sliding door in the backyard and also the screen. The employee (RJ) that came out today was very professional and took the time out to explain everything to me. They do great work, and I believe the price is fair. I highly recommend them. They do the work right the first time. There have been many times I have hired people that charge me less and do terrible work. I don't need more stress and with this company I know it'll get done right. read more

I needed a living room windows replaced from my dog jumping through it and they gave me a MUCH better price than the other place I called and they came out and did the work the same day...less than 2 hours after I made the call. I highly recommend them and the lady who answered the phone, Grace, was friendly, kind, understanding an absolute pleasure to do business with as was the tech who installed my window. Great job, great company, great people! read more

Good afternoon I have mixed feelings about Valley Glass & Mirror. I called and I believe Christina answered and was pleasant and gave me a rough estimate so we set up an appointment. Service guy showed up scheduled time frame checked out the problem & said he didn't have the parts so he had to go back to the shop. While at the shop he called and then said it was a much higher price to fix the issue not what I was quoted..... unfortunately I had to take it or leave it because he already had been to my house and had taken the part to the sliding glass door with him. My complaint is that the price went up once they had taken things apart. They don't honor the price quoted. I personally will not be using them again. Not a business that honors to true commitment read more

First of all, they do not accept a credit card for the down payment on your job unless you pay for the entire job in advance which I found rather strange and inconvenient. Secondly, in addition to replacing a large bathroom mirror that fell off the wall, I hired them to do some work on my sliding glass door. They did part of the work I wanted done on the stationary door instead of the slider. I called the office twice and was told they would come back and address the issue but no one ever came back. I now wonder about the integrity of the work replacing the bathroom mirror. Did they do everything right so it doesn't fall again?? I went to this business first because of their longevity here in town and because of the reviews I read. Overall, I was not impressed and do not recommend them. read more

Edit. Updated. Ty for coming through First off I want to say we've given this place quite a few orders it is the cheapest one around. A few months back when we ordered glass for our barn doors that we make we arrived at 4:45 to pick it up and they were closed. The next day when we called they said they left early but normally they don't close till five and they gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The next time the lady forgot to put in the right number of glass pieces so we had to wait a couple more days on that one. This last time we placed our order on a Tuesday and was told end of the week, well we were not able to get it on Friday because the supplier closed due to the holiday. That's understandable but when I picked it up on Tuesday at 4:30 because it was ready then there were scratches on two pieces of the 12 that I ordered. OK so they sent it back in and had it for me by Thursday at 4:50 pm. I expected a discount considering I drove there twice now due to the scratches in the glass but she said that's just the way glasses and sorry for the inconvenience. I had to give my client $100 off due to the fact that she had to wait over a week longer than expected for her barn doors. Why did I do that? Because that's what you do as a business owner to make your customers happy. She could've given me $15 off and that would've been sufficient enough just for the point of trying to make your client happy. So we will not be using this place anymore I will gladly pay a little bit more for glass but make sure I'm getting quality items read more

I'm so happy I found this place. Christina at the front was so helpful and sweet when I called, and once I got to the shop, my experience was even better. Amazing pricing, seriously best in the area. Super quick turn around time, and I left smiling with my window fixed in no time! I told them I want to break another window just to have an excuse to come back! It was hands down the best customer service experience I think I've ever had at any place I ever shop at. I will remember my experience with Valley glass and and 11/10 recommend! :) Thankyou guys! read more

They did not tell me from the first phone call that 12 miles was too far to drive. They actually made an appt and then failed to arrive or cancel. They should have told me from the start that they are a small company and might have trouble getting to the appt on time if at all. 2 weeks wasted. I went to a one man operation out of Temecula (further away) and in 7 days had my screen doors from the first call to the installation! read more

Overall excellent service. And the staff is very helpful and friendly too. I highly recommend this place.

Took a china closet glass, 1/8" x 34" x 18" (estimate for size for review), requesting exact duplicate cut for other door. 1st time there. Small from area, with a few working type customers carried in broken windows before me, glass on floor in wait area. They measured, said would call when ready. Picked up, too short by an inch. Called, said they would cut another, correct size on my order. Picked that one up, 1/4" too wide, slightly crooked cut on one side. I scored and tried to snap off extra, broke pane, because I didn't want to go back again. Called VALLEY GLASS, gave them measurements, picked up perfect cut, clean and welcoming facility. I'm reviewing them with 5 Stars. read more

I just called this morning. I have to say I was not pleased with the professionalism of the people that answered the phone. I called and the lady answered and I asked if they might be able to repair my window and she said I don't know hold on and put me on hold for a few minutes. She came back on the line and said the lady that I need to speak with was still on the phone and that she would be with me soon. When she came on the line I asked her the same question. She said I don't know. What kind of business doesn't know whether or not they can come out and replace a window? She said if they could it would be later in the afternoon but was really big. I asked if she happen to have an idea what time and she said no. Didn't seem very professional at all. read more

This place is awesome. Brought my window frame in and was done within 10 minutes. This place would've received all 5 stars if only the chair I was sitting on was not covered with spider webs. Cleanliness is crucial for a business. read more

They saved the day thank you. read more

We needed our foggy kitchen garden window replaced and a huge mirror taken down off of our wall and Valley Glass was the better price out of a couple other places that I called and could come out faster than the other companies too. Price was pretty reasonable. Their customer service on the other hand was ehh. They weren't super friendly but on the other hand, they weren't super rude either. Just the way it is in Hemet I guess. I always felt like I was bugging them every time I called and it just kind of irked me that they acted like that...ummmm I am spending money with you guys remember? And the 2 guys that came out were okay I guess. One of the guys kept complaining how he didn't see his day ending up being like this..I'm assuming it was a hard day. But they were in and out in about an hour and the window looked great and they didn't break the mirror when taking it down! I was very happy about that. But the one guy complaining the whole time? Geez dude be happy you have a job! LOL. All in all, I like using small businesses that are local and I was happy with the window replacement and mirror removal, I just wish the office ladies were a teeny bit more friendly. Try smiling over the phone...I can tell a difference! ;-) read more

Today Valley Glass came to our home and replaced one of our double-paned bedroom windows. Not only did their estimate come in as the lowest of the area glass repair businesses, but their service was awesome - both on the "front desk" end and the high level of customer service with the repairman who came into our home - his personality was friendly and helpful, and his work was done quickly and at a high level of quality. They were attentive to our request for a morning repair, as we had plans later in the day. We highly recommend this business! :) read more

Excellent customer service. Very nice people. The glass I ordered for my cabinet doors came the next day in perfect condition. I took the wrong measurement and ordered it a little bit short.
