They also made a handshake agreement to install security doors, which is why we gave them the contract. They did not install these doors and clamed "this wasn't in the contract". Now, after working with him, I can confidently say that Lucero's Windows and Doors is the real deal. Because our home required a custom-sized door, James came out twice to take measurements. After about two weeks, the custom entry door arrived, and he completed the installation in a single day. He told me our home was one of the oldest he's worked on, and the walls were very different from newer builds.
