He did resolve our email issue, but after he left, there were problems with our contacts and calendar. This was nearly a 3-hour appointment. We set up another appointment a few days later and Josh W was sent out to tackle the issues. He was able to resolve our contacts and mostly resolve our calendar issue. I was very relieved. My phone still isn't in syn with our laptop, but we'll work on that during our next visit. I've worked with a lot of IT professionals both at work and home. It can take a while to find the right fit for the problem as IT techs have their different areas of expertise.
